70 push-ups a day could make dramatic changes bro Just make sure you focus engaging core , rolling shoulders back , elbows from pointing sideways , slow reps (3-4) counts while focusing on breathing in otw down & exhaling otw up & every one u should be pushing like your trying to push the ground from beneath you
