So what kind of Son can the True God have? A trying hard, copycat, second rate “God”? If that’s the case then the Father cannot be a “true God” since it cannot be a true Father i.e. convey His perfect nature to a true Son. The Father is the true God precisely because He is a true Father that can conceive a true Son viz. a Being Who has the same Substance as He is.
