Why don't you fry the chicken after cooking onions in ghee? Won't chicken be smelly k aap ne na start main chicken fry kia or na hi end pe bhunai ki. Aisa chicken fresh to khaya jata hia but agar aap fridge ya freezer main rakho or baad main use karo to raw chicken ki smell si ati hai. I know k daig main bhi aise hi gravy banti hai but wo bhi bus fresh hi khai jati hai. Baad main chicken se smell ati hai.
