- My fishing diehard nephew Micah and I headed out to the local prairie pothole in search of Perch, we ended up with some beauties as well as an extremely aggressive Pike!

That is the best example of why you take kids fishing. Your nephew and my son would be perfect together on the ice. But we wouldnt be able to get a word in edge wise with those two! I love making ice fishing videos with my son. Best thing ever. Tight lines brother!

Micah is why we love taking kids fishing, the pure joy and excitement that stays with us from our very first fish catch. I though Micah was about to dive in that hole after that one that got off near the surface Lol. That video was such a joy to watch, God Bless you guys.

"that thing might be a musky!" Gotta love the kids excitement! I tried to get my kids out over the weekend but neither wanted to come and I ended up having one of the best pike days I've ever had! Oh well, the ice was a little bit sketchy anyhow.

Awesome Video! Love taking kids fishing. I got my 4 year old son onto some small trout ice fishing last year. He got 6 all by himself! I hope he is eventually as enthusiastic as your nephew.
