You’re very welcome. I prefer direct screen printing. It’s more durable and cheaper to produce on higher volumes. DTG printers cost much, much more than manual rotary screen printing presses. Thanks much for watching and dropping me a note. ☠
That my dream to have one. I just visited a guy who had bought a "Brown", he said the setup with the guy with bad. customer service responce for help, wasn't better. I when to see him about doing with large orders for me. He show me some of his samples, man I would have showed anyone those. After i left his shop thinking, god my ol' six station manual kicked butt againt that auto. God if i only had a automatic:) Thanks for all the great tips. TBon.
@Trasta419 Well it can and does. I was alone this day and doing all the jobs to run this press by myself. With another 2 people or at least 1 I could go much faster. Oh and trying to film while actually printing product on an automatic alone was an additional challenge. Therefore the speed. These were actual jobs and I didn’t want to ruin any shirts. 2 jobs, about 600 shirts in total that day, 1 multi color and no fatigue on my arms…LOL. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

Well bulk is like more in the hundreds or thousands. You won’t get that great of pricing on 10 pieces. Sometimes people find them really cheap at local art stores with coupons they sign up for. Like $2 each for FOL colors in s-xl. But colors and sizes may be limited. There’s a thread on this on the Catspit forum. Link is on my channel page. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

@twocanplayatthat Yes, you have to set it up, load the ink and program it to run as desired. The machine just does the flooding and stroking while moving the carousel. Thanks for watching and commenting! ☠
@alphasxsignal I don’t know the pros and cons of all the different automatic printers. I prefer M&R for automatic machines. They seem to me to be the best on the market and have plenty of parts and service available for their machines. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

Oh I think this thing is an 8 color. Yes they make 10 and 12 color versions of automatic presses. And oval presses that can be expanded beyond that. Thanks much for watching and dropping me a note. ☠

LOL, yeah actually that is not my shop. I ended up not being able to set up the way I might have if I were in control of everything and had 24 hour access. So yes, I certainly could have done that as a white under base with a finishing white highlight printer before going into the oven. Just didn’t work out that way and it gave me time to make a quick video. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

You’re welcome TBon. Yeah screen printing can be a huge challenge with poor skills and lame equipment. I have never used Brown equipment but I have seen it at the shows. It may have just been the printer didn’t know what he was doing. That is commonplace too. Thanks so much for watching and dropping me a note. ☠

Why were you running that in Revolver mode?
Why not Print on 1, flash on 2 and then print on 6 or 7 and then down the dryer.
How many colors can be printed at one time on this machine?
I worked on a 10 color machine...
For automatic machines can you use high mesh count or has to be like 110?

Is Textile a more better quality print then manual
Both automatic presses and manual presses have their pros and cons. But on high volume orders automatic is the way to go. Why do you have all the heads on?
