And as always thank you for sharing. What you do is nothing short of inspiring

Hello Alina, in your video on 1:24 there is such mushroom with like a scales on the hat. It's named "parasolka" 🙂 No, it's not a muhomor, it's some kind of wild champignons. It's edible and delicious, you can fry it's hat on the vegetable oil directly, without boiling it. No need to peel this scales - just fry it. Oh, they can be "robachlivy" too 🙂The leg you can dehydrate, then mill and use as addition to meat, for example. Glory to Ukraine!! Thanks for the video. Vilnius BTW, this mushrooms - masliata - you can don't boil and fry straightly.
I live in Saskatchewan Canada. This year we had so many different mushroom I never see so many in my life. I caned a bunch dryed some and froze some .I like your root cellar I want to make one .very beautiful forest you have there with the pine trees.
I have quite enjoyed watching your video's since I found your page yesterday. Thank you for sharing. If I may offer one bit of advice, when foraging for mushrooms, if you cut the stem instead of pulling them out, they will grow back better and faster. Fantastic stuff in any case!
Not true cutting of stem doesn't help to grow more carrying your mushrooms in a basket with lots of holes spreads the spores and that's what grows more mushrooms, also gently tapping the cap before picking dislodges spores on to soil too,
@@ninazacharia3003 Hi Nina, We will have to disagree on this point :-) I do understand your response though, this is a hotly debated topic with many reports of evidence on both sides. Nice to debate with you in any case! Have a grerat day!
Alina, PLEASE be careful picking mushrooms ! The wrong one can make you very sick. I am sure you know which ones are good, but…. It only takes 1. I love to forage for wild mushrooms as well. We pick morels in the spring, and also look for chicken of the woods, hen of the woods and wild chanterelles. I also find you very very pretty ❤️🔥 ! I hope you are safe and will pray you remain so.
Wow Alina, look at all those mushrooms for food for y'all. The other mushrooms you leave are they poisonous? Awe what a cute kitten!! Wow that soup and mushrooms look delicious. Thank you Alina!

In Polish those are called "Maślaki" which can be translated to butter mushrooms, because they taste a lot like real butter infused with wood shrooms. Tbh, I never peel them and never had any stomach problems. Also, when you heat-dry them, they lose the slimy properties.
So many people with mushroom phobia- my brother won't even consider them. So delicious, good for you & free. Once you learn how to identify them, no problem. For example boletes & sillus have pores under the cap like a sponge., not gills. The bitter bolete bruises blue. Avoid the red pored ones. Learn the poisonous ones like the destroying angel. Never eat one you are not absolutely sure about. You'll be fine
