Very nice find! Glad I came across your channel. While I'm sketching characters for my ww1/russian revolution novel, I like to listen to this. Could you possibly do one for the Russian dlc? With Russian voices on the white army side? These are just great but that would be wonderful. Thanks.
I can do some background noise videos on the Russian DLC but sadly I am not able to do any voice overs. If I attempted it it would be me putting on a horrific Russian accent. As a fellow novel-writer myself I hope your book turns out great.
I have just started to plan a novel based around a young man's experience during the First World War, and your ambiences are helping me find the right atmosphere, thank you! It must seem strange to my friends that I'm listening to this, haha, but it's hard to imagine gunfire like that whilst trying to write, without stopping at least. Great audio work, and the image quality is magnificent!
As a fellow writer I am very pleased that my video is helping you. I hope your novel goes well. As someone who has spend the past 10 years writing a High-Fantasy series I know how hard it can be to write. I hope my other videos are just as helpful to you.
I am writing a similar thing to you! I am writing about a young teen who time travels back in time from the present day to WW1 trenches. I went to the War Museum today (covered WW1, WW2, Cold war etc) and found this sheet which was how many soldiers where found in a 500 x 500 yard radius and in some area, there were maybe like 157 or so in that one area. It was fascinating but heart breaking at the same time! 157...
Cold shivers go down the soldiers spine as he brings his arms closer, like penguins huddling together trying to battle the artic winds of the north, he brings his nearly frozen coffee towards him and breathes a long breath out. He tries to warm up his dark blue lips by biting them for the blood to come back to his numb face. He's shaking, all the while the aggressive rattle of artillery goes on in the background. He looks to his right and sees a bombshell hit the side of the trench wall but as it goes into the trench, the bomb kills the man instantly, in a split second. He falls to the floor and his rifle falls lifelessly as well. Another death to experience.

Would love to use these as b-roll footage for my videos; for any wartime stories that may (and occasionally do) come along. I would of course give you credit and a link back to your channel. Is that okay?
That's perfectly alright with me. Quick question for you, How does one submit stories to your channels? I'm currently writing a high-fantasy novel series (also been turning one of my books into an audiobook, check it out if you can).

Nowhere particular, though I'm sure there is a proper one somewhere. I ripped it from one of my failed attempts at a short story from a year ago.
As an aspiring novelist myself I recommend that you keep up the writing. That attempt was a good one to be sure!
