i speculate it would not be too hard to mod nes games. even ive modded ps1 and pc games with very novice skills. i did edit a bit gta2 and mafia. it's just the matter of who wants to put their time into this.
@@MeelisMatt I am not saying it couldn't be done, I just think it is weird that in this case Shredder fights himself and then acts like he loses, it would make more sense if like he fought a cranked up Leonardo and when he won was like "Ha! Ha! Ha! I have defeated you turtles and all of your allies, now nothing can stop me from taking over the world for indeed, tonight I dine on Turtle Soup!" or even like the Galactus ending in the one Marvel VS Street Fighter game, just bring up his victory taunt after he beats Leo
