I’m sorry, there was issues with the email system awhile back but it’s been fixed! As for your question, you are able to use the free stock packs provided by PM in commercial use. I’m sorry again about the lack of response. I’ll contact customer support and look into it because that really is unacceptable!
Unfortunately that’s hard to say. I work with 64 gigs of ram, but my images have to all be very large. However, when I first started I worked with 16 gigs. So realistically, just work with what you have, and if you notice things start to slow down merge and rasterize some layers. Also, you’ll want to rasterize all Generative Fill layers once you’ve chosen your variation. They take up IMMENSE about if RAM! Luckily CPU isn’t as important for Photoshop. So you’re good there. 🖤

What is your pc specifications?
Would i7-1360P and 16 ram be enough for heavy editing?
