Just give credit in your description, that way it gets rid of the copyright issue and UA-cam check all links in the description for all music, and if no credit is given the video will be taken down. That's how UA-cam works. I know a youtuber called ZexyZek who uses one of Skrillex's songs 'Sick bubblegum' and ZexyZek doesn't even know Skrillex and he still gives credit to Skrillex and gets away with it.

That's totally wrong. UA-cam do really not check descriptions at all. They don't even have employees for E-mail support. You need permission from the artist. The copyright holder decides whether the video will be taken down or not.

you have to contact the legal department of the record label that owns the rights to the song. From there you make a request for a royalties license, in some circumstances they can deny it, but when its owned by a label as well even if the artists doesn't want you to use it you still can as its considered to be in the public domain, hence why some original artists don't like it when a new manufactured girlband or something does a cover of a classic track but they cant stop it as they sold their rights off to a label or the song was huge around the world.
Generally speaking a license covers the song for a set number of performances, downloads or printed CDs etc. If its being used for a video (or tv for example) then the license fee is calculated by how many people will see it.
This is how the current model works which is why there are so many issues with youtube, as you can get 500,000 views on a video and it can make anywhere between $50-$5000 in advertising, whereas the current system would want to charge you the same as if 500,000 people had watched it on tv which could cost $10,000.
There are new alternatives being pushed through where an online license costs less money but these are few and far between as the industry does not want to devalue a very lucrative area for them and refuses to change with the times.
In short unless the artist owns absolutely all rights (literally everything, production, lyrics, distribution) then having written permission from them in a contract is ok.
Otherwise if a label is involved if they sense they are being short changed from advertising revenue they will come for you like they have done with Michelle Phan - who is absolutely f***ed right now I might add.
If you do decide to use the music, don't monetize the video, as if the copyright holders want to make a big deal out of it you are royally screwed.

THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jon Electra has the Midas touch. There's no need to hear more of his music to prove that, because he just made ARIANA GRANDE sound good. Nothing else to "attest to" and you should know that there's no "jumping to conclusions" here. Aside from that, this is EXACTLY the kind of house I like. Smooth, groovy, intricate melodies, a sense of funk in the drop, and a bit of electro influence. Not the same old chord progression with adjacent piano notes held on for long amounts of time over hammering kicks. Ariana's vocals still annoy me like a mosquito, but this is an outstanding, earth-shattering piece of absolute bliss.
