Hey, I know it’s kinda late when it comes to the whole Boruto learning flying raijin but didn’t Minato teach that to three other people? Except they couldn’t do it unless those three did so together? So could he possibly have learned from one of them?
I don't think it's that complicated. Boruto never says, that he's USING the earth's rotation. He's saying that he's INCORPORATING the earth's rotation. The reason why we don't feel the earth's rotation, is because we are moving on a smooth, constant path - and everything around us is as well. All Boruto is doing, is rotating Code's Chakra. You know how there's little specks of chakra wildly moving around inside a Rasengan? He's doing that to Code's chakra. Bits and pieces of his chakra are wildly spiraling around a singular (or multiple) points within him. Because the inertia and vector of his chakra is moving around wildly - he's feeling the inertia of the earth. Because his chakra - more accurately bits and pieces of it - are wildly rotating on different axis (3 dimensional spiral around a singular point) the angle at which Code's chakra is moving, is inconsistent within itself - and it's also constantly on a different vector than his body. Because different bits and pieces of his chakra are rotating wildly on different axis - he's also constantly losing bits and pieces of his chakra that fly off tangentially into different directions. For all intents and purposes his chakra is constantly radiating out into different angles/directions and getting lost cause his chakra is not moving on the same vector/inertia the earth is exerting onto him... meaning it's not properly carried along the path his body is moving. Imagine it like this... There's a satellite on a stable orbit around earth. Once on a stable orbit, the satellite will forever spin around the earth. If that satellite were to get a little push, it would either leave the orbit or crash into earth. Now imagine if earth was an immaterial object you can't crash into. The satellite would accelerate while moving towards the center of attraction, and be rotated around it. Expelled onto a new orbit, probably a wider one. Up until the satellite's acceleration and vector is strong enough - and the satellite is expelled out into space. That's what Boruto is doing to bits and pieces of code's chakra. The earth's rotation in "Boruto" is acting like an outside force onto the rotating bits and pieces of Code's chakra. Causeing bits to be shot out, or collapse into the center, be accelerated and shot out. He's disoriented af, because his perceived inertia of his physical body through his physical senses (earth's rotational axis / orbit of his body) is completely out of phase with his chakra's inertia/vector/orbit. He can't even "turn off" his physical senses and just rely on perception through chakra - cause bits and pieces of his chakra are even out of phase with each other - and inertia/vector/orbit of these pieces is also constantly changing. On a side note - this is also why a Rasengan doesn't have to be actively rotated once created. It only has to be contained to a finite space. It will forever rotate - as long as you compress it / exert a force that keeps the individual particles from breaking out. Which is why a thin layer that's strong enough to keep any one particle from escaping, is enough. That's also why Code WILL die eventually - if Uzuhiko is not released. Cause he's just going to keep radiating/losing chakra until he's dead.
Small correction Nick. Gaara has always had a Magnet Release, Shukkaku gave him sand control- but his Magnet Release is what gives it it's pseudo-Fuinjutsu effects (and some very real Fuinjutsu-) it's also why the blood he collected inside of the sand became veiny and dark (like Shukkaku's complexion.) The best part of Boruto, in my opinion- is when Gaara catches the coliseum to evacuate people. We all know it isn't his story, so he's going to get clapped by the weird aliens- but it's more showing instead of telling about the kind of person he became.
I always assumed Uzuhiko connected the Chakra of the enemy to the general Nature Chakra found in the atmosphere.....hence as the world spins(at its regular 1600km per hour), it causes the atmosphere to do the same which also in turn causes the Chakra and chakra network of the opponent to spin out of control as well. Hence Code constantly feeling off balance
It’s a rotation, 1600km/h is the tangential velocity at the equator, using that logic, the earth spins with 0km/h at the poles. We can all agree that the earth spins at approximately 15degrees/h, that’s bloody slow.
I really hope that Boruto adds lightning release the the Rasengan Uzuhiko around himself so that he just sporadically Vanishes and reappears during combat.i just think that would be pretty cool

That would be cool. But would only be possible if the Rasengan Uzuhiko doesn’t already utilize any other chakra nature. And just uses the chakra itself, making it a blank slate like the Rasengan, where different chakra natures can be added to it.

Someone has to say it, I think Boruto's action of releasing the effects of the Uzuhiko Rasengan on Code's body was reckless. When Boruto saw the four "Ego Shinju" standing in front of him, it made Boruto feel afraid and panicked so that he released Uzuhiko's effect on Code's body and hoped that he would help him fight the Shinju. If these Ego Shinju can make Boruto panic just by their presence, then I'm sure that in the future Boruto will have great difficulty fighting these Mofo! 🤯
I think it shows just how strong the Shinju are. From chapter 1 of blue two Boruto comes off as someone who can pretty much one shot everyone else in the series. The fact that he feels he needs Code's help shows just how bad it's going to get.
Honestly I hope that the Bijuu get some role in Boruto. After all they were created as protectors and we got introduced to multiple people with suitable aptitude. ( Bubbles, iron sand, cat chakra etc )

Me too. I pictured he tapped into the speed of the rotation and is using it as a weapon. You can technically say he also disrupted codes inertia or he is able to put him in a bubble that gives him that same effect. Like if he is tied on string attached to the earth and being pulled like say the moon as opposed to being on top of the moving object.

I actually believe since I first saw "rasengan uzuhiko", that it is derived from "Kirin". Since Sasuke was Boruto's teacher it makes sense that he taught him how to use "Nature Chakra" offensively, the same way that Sasuke uses real lightning from the atmosphere, Boruto uses the planet's "chakra" or "rotation" for his attack. I think the 2 techniques are linked in the sense that they both use an outside source for chakra instead of the user's chakra. What do you guys think?
So, QUESTION. @NCHammer23 If the Rasengan Uzuhiko causes you to be infinitely dizzy because it's connected to the planetary rotation, wouldn't this make that VERY similar to the realm of Drunken Dreams from Itachis Sussanoo? It just seems like they're both similar to each other about causing dizziness, therefore messing up equilibrium and causing it extremely hard to escape. NOW. One of them is sealing your soul, and the other is an effect on your body. But I'm just saying. Considering Sauske was Borutos sensai for at least a little bit. The using of the magnetic field reminded me of an idea I had for Sarada to have her own version of Kirin: It’d be the opposite to her father’s; that she uses lightning release on the earth’s magnetic field above her. This would distort it, so that she could then concentrate the sun’s solar winds into the god of all fire attacks.
Storm Release - Borealis Technically it wouldn't be storm release it would be plasma/sun? But since you are using weather and creating essentially a solar flare I think it fits.
I think it's totally understandable that a masters in biotech wouldn't confer you the knowledge necessary to intuit the coriolis effect. If you were to apply this effect to, say Code's body, he would very much feel what he felt. This has got to be a shinjutsu. Nature energy would probably change his appearance. His eyes at the very least. But there's no change at all. He's totally in base. He probably applied hyuga technique to the rasengan.
@0kamar189 I think he's incorporating the earth's rotation into his body and I think that's what he meant by the earth's chakra. And if I'm right about the coriolis effect, it's bc the spin of his rasengan rotates in the opposite direction of the planet, so when he applies it to Code, he experiences the coriolis effect. And Boruto probably isn't teleporting. I don't think he's even moving. Code is just that dizzy from the effect. It's also possible that he's being repelled, as if he's become the opposite end of a magnetic pole, with Boruto being the other end. So when he attacks Boruto, he just misses.
It’s worth noting that, currently, scientists believe that the reason the earth generates its magnetic field is because the earth’s core spins at a different speed than the outer mantle; I’m not entirely clear on how it all works but the difference between these two… ahem… *rotational* speeds, is what generates our magnetic field. The rasengan is basically a huge rotation itself so learning rotation wouldn’t even be needed. Boruto just needs to be ridiculously efficient in senjutsu as a sage. Boruto is also a genius so I’m sure he found out how to apply senjutsu outside of being in Sage mode with the help of Kashin Koji and the experience of Momoshiki. Or he could’ve combined his knowledge of the Hyuga rotation and Sage mode together
I like to think that boruto figured out nature chakra on his own. So he came up with his own name for it: earth charkra. Later he was trained by the toads but had already gotten used to his own application of it
I don't remember if it was in the manga, but I remember in the anime that Boruto learned to compress his Rasengan (High Compression Rasengan) to increase its speed and power.

For me the most impressive feat in Naruto genre, is how Naruto and Grandpa toad were able to find the center of gravity / balance in the rock plates, putting them on the very tip of the mountain, sitting on them while maintaining balance. No I'm not fun on the parties

Personally i think we should take "Earths rotation" at face value... This would be distinct from "nature" energy(based on organic life) and more akin to "Celestial" energy based upon the movement of planetary bodies through space.
I've always believed that both Boruto and Hima have some of Karuma's Chakra. One the whisker marks. Two his Chakra always leaked through and was present in naruto when they where born. Three Karuma can't be truly "gone" as half of him(yang half but Minato found a way to calm him down too) is still capable of accessing through Minato and edo tensai. That said, not sure without extracting karumas yang half to boruto or himawari is the only Tru way to harness that power. I definitely believe kurama can and will come back. Hima and boruto would clearly be already a perfect chakra match(compatible) and because Karuma would be brought back in spirit alone I think he would need a jinchuuriki to exist... Feel free to comment/call me stupid, I like debating...

Toji should have won against Gojo bc Tojis weopon cancels abilities “that should have stoped Gojos healing and stopped red when he blocked it”. The idea of using a tailed beast as an emergency chakra battery can still work from a narrative perspective. Because tailed beast are kinda irrelevant in terms of power. Like the strongest tailed beast had to die just to shorten Ishiki's life from a few day to a few minutes. And it could be a cool opposition between ninja tools (with kawaki) and tailed beast. Like an ancestral chakra beast vs modern technology
what if its just Genjusu or something like it? and Boruto is spiralizing his chakra like Obito and in doing so can force that on others through touch causing there chakra to Cavitate in the Chakra system and then kill them, the dizziness could just be a side effect. The spinning around himself could just be wind or some other atmosphere effect from this or maybe just a way to show the audience its active, this would fit his vanishing Rasengon kit wouldn't it the hit on code could have just been an invisible Rasengon.
We did get an explanation for Flying Rajin. It was made to defeat advanced Sharingan users. Namely Madara’s brother who could track EVERY move and see through any attack so Toby created an attack he couldn’t see through. Flying Raijn slice.
I agree that Uzihiko jutsu related to Hyuga blood. Which means when Boruto attacked code with this justsu ,basically it screwed up code cakra flow that caused him dizzy . It mix Rasengan and Hyuga technique . Maybe
I was watching you theory video about Minato and Boruto using FTG, and I may have the most realistic theory. I think after Kashin’s fight with Ishin, he wandered to Mount Myoboku, and the great road safe helped him with the memories. And that’s also where the FTG scroll is since Minato studied reverse summoning with the toads. That’s why sasuke’s tree seems safe and far off, because cause it’s close to mount myoboku, which is where he fought code. Boruto meets kashin when he arrives alone and that’s where he trains. I’m smoking while typing this, but think about it. Boruto stepped on Codes face cause a toad reversed summoned a toad he had watching the village. Code didn’t notice it jumping high in the air when he invaded, so he ended up with a foot in his face. But back to the toads, if Kashin and Boruto were together in mount myoboku, it would explain their relationship. The cool and focused composure they both have, and the way the are with each other. The toad sage and the toad elders were close to Naruto, jiriya, and Minato. If anything, sasuke only needed a year training Boruto since they have been master and student for some time. Vortex Rasengan seems to use nature chakra, he has toads, and using FTG, with everyone looking for him and wanting him dead, he never went back to the village, he and sasuke ran using his rasengan to avoid getting lost, to mount myoboku. Kashin just took over after Sasuke turned into a tree. All the materials and knowledge needed is there. The key Minato front for Naruto’s seal was at mount myoboku. I believe both Minato and Jiriya trust that place more than the village. Even the knowledge and understanding of how horrible of a problem that the 10-Tails is would be explained best from the toads. Since they experienced it twice.
My theory. Chakra is similar in a sense to the Coriolis effect. To those unaware, the Coriolis effect makes air spin differently depending on which hemisphere you are in. My thought is that a person's Chakra would rotate or circulate based on the hemisphere they are in. Rasengan Uzuhiko thus would cause your Chakra to spin/circulate as if it were in a different hemisphere. Secondary theory. Rasengan Uzuhiko uses the same principle as the balloon training for the rasengan. Essentially turning a person's Chakra network into a rasengan.
It could also be Boruto using the process of entering sage mode by collecting sage energy and thrusting it into someone through attacking them with either them contacting him or Boruto contacting them causing them to lose balance since Sage energy isn't really something anyone can control and could possibly cause disturbances in the body with Boruto having full control over this like the controlling of Sage energy like how naruto can give someone a Cloak of chakra and choose when it appears and disappears the same thing could go for boruto except when he undoes the jutsu it dissipates completely until he attacks him with Rasengan Uzuhiko yet again
I'm thinking you can still use the Earth's rotation to perform a feat as extreme as to completely reverse the flow of chakra in someone's body. Hyuga knowledge or the chakra network + uzumaki rasengan + some source of power probably involving the Earth's rotation. What was spiraling out from the center is now spiraling in towards the center, the reversal in flow gives a vertigo effect by throwing off the targets equilibrium, and with nowhere for the chakra to go other than inwards, it builds until it can no longer be contained and kills the target.
It truly seems like Boruto learned en and added the Rasengan to it making it work like neji's rotation. Or it has something to do with the jogan sine he does know how to use gentle fist since hanabi trained them in it

So ive got a lilttle theory thats probably not gonna be the case since its really simple and might kill the hype around Rasengan Uzuhiko but hear me out. What if Boruto created Rasengan Uzuhiko from learning how to increase and/or maybe refine the spin of the jutsu. Think about it, the main component of retaining a Rasengan is spinning or swirling your chakra in a controlled manner to create the ball, maybe Boruto has gotten so skilled with the swirling of his chakra and his understanding of the Rasengan that he figured out how to cover his body with this same charka and since chakra can flow from person to person this means Boruto's chakra along with its nature is being transferred at its current state with the same special rotation which only he can control. That being said someone who doesnt know how to control it wouldnt be able to "turn it off" as it says in the manga. Kishimoto couldve possibly taken a page out of Araki's book and incorporated the concept of the golden ratio and energy produced through centrifugal force and Rasengan Uzuhiko is the Naruto verse's manifestation of this concept. I feel like that would keep the jutsu specific to Boruto while also allowing leeway to birth more jutsu within the story based around this concept in their own unique ways. Like i said its a really simple, kinda underwhelming idea imo but it would open up some fun stuff for the story as well as give an explaination that sheds more light on what Boruto is getting at when he talks about how the jutsu works.
Theory: During the TS, Boruto and Sasuke went to the Sand Village where Shinki and them train. Eventually, Boruto is able to slightly pick up the magnet release that Shinki uses for his sand but Shinki and Gaara help him refine it in a way that they never thought. Caveat: Everybody's memories were effected except for a select few. Who knows if it truly has effected everybody or if it was speculation since this is the first time we've seen it used.

I pesonaly think Uzuhiko is a parallell of amaterasu. Think about it, both jutsu have offensive and diffensive aplications as well as versatily in changing their aplication. And to not to mention that when applied to someone, the effects can be permanent unless dissabled by the user. This lines in with Boruto inheriting sasukes cloak and sword, so i sorta see uzuhiko having some similarity to amaterasu as an easter egg
Hey I have a question. In obitos hideout he had a ton of sharingan eyes. If there were that many Uchiha in the clan before it was obliterated, could they have easily taken over Konaha, if they had as a first step in their plan, to each kill their most loved person and unlock the mangekyou? Since some if not most of these people were certainly Uchiha as well would it have been possible to sacrifice the weaker half to the stronger half, assuming the stronger half loved someone among the weaker half, like a mom or younger sibling or something. Of course some of them would probably have someone outside of the clan they loved so it could potentially be more than half of all the Uchiha with unlocked MS. I think even half of the clan with that many MS would be way more than enough to overwhelm the rest of Konoha and even perhaps unlock some new MS powers that are way more powerful and devistating than what we have seen so far since there hasn’t even been that many MS in all of the history of the ninja world. Maybe even some of these new MS users amongst the strongest would have been close enough family members that it would have been justifiable to kill the other in order to obtain EMS.
My current theory on how uzuhiko gets its connection to the planet is via manipulation of the dragon veins which we see yamato do in the manga to split the earth when itachi did the amaterasu forest. The movies also used the dragon veins and harnessing them to create time travel which let naruto meet minato. The new game also uses them for its final time travel plot.

Imagine you have a hose with an endless water source but no pressure system to draw that water into the hose. If you suck into the hose, the water will flow through continuously until the water runs out of the pressure system is removed. I believe that Rasengan Uzuhiko functions similar to that, where Boruto uses the rasengan to disrupt an individual's flow of chakra with physical contact by applying a unique pressure system to the chakra flow. Pressure systems move from high to low, so once the RU is applied, the greater chakra pressure system (Earth) will flow to the individual. Similar to the Hyuga disrupting chakra flow through tenketsu points, but instead of turning them off, applies a pressure system that begins to pull in the world's chakra into an individual: forcing the individual to continuously draw the chakra of the earth into them unless he removes the pressure system or they die. Boruto in this sense doesn't have control over the entire planet's chakra, but incorporates that chakra into the individual forcibly making them a conduit of the chakra. What if Rasengan Uzuhiko draws in nature energy into the Rasengan, and when that chakra is applied to a chakra system without that flow, turns on the metaphorical hose to draw it into their body. Another idea is that Rasengan Uzuhiko doesn't draw it the nature energy into the body of the individual, but creates a sort of suction field for the chakra into the surrounding area around the victim which cause disorientation and the spins because the individual exists within the pressure system. The imbalance of the chakra within the individual vs the chakra in the surrounding field from siphoning the earth's chakra causes similar disturbance like you would experience on a plane at high altitude.
The delineation between the nature chakra vs world chakra might be the reason the individual doesn't transform as a result of it. Nature chakra is pulled from the earth and atmosphere and infused into the body, whereas the world chakra is something different yet similar. But I'm no expert on Naruto lore so who knows, but I do believe Rasengan Uzuhiko operates in some capacity as a pressure system. If y'all find any flaws, I'd love to hear them and adapt my theory!

I think that while he doesn’t have byakugan, he may be able to activate a bit of the gentle fist technique and use hyuga rotation, but instead of rotating his body, he uses his knowledge of the rasengan to make himself the center of the sphere and rotating the chakra around himself. It would reflect attacks back just like rotation and use their strength against them, while also giving him a near limitless amount of already spinning chakra to mold into rasengan whenever he wanted. Both offensive and defensive in one jutsu.
Doubling down if you want to use shukaku as a catalyst then maybe the reason it’s called planetary rasengan is because like the earths core, his own chakra works as a dynamo to keep the area around him rotating. Shukaku would be likely to understand how the world’s core/magnetic field functions and he copied that.

I love the idea that the Earth has unintentionally protected all the life it houses. It gives the idea that our home will always save us, even though its not trying to.
I think uzuhiko might be using a simpler "version" of magnet release... I think learning wind, earth, yin, yang and yin yang releases would take a fair bit longer than the 3 years boruto was training, since we know that even if you're born with those chakra releases, it still takes time to master them and there's no way boruto would have the privelige of using releases he isn't a master of. What I think rasengan uzuhiko might be doing is magnetising the iron in the target's blood, drawing it into "clumps" and creating a situation where the target is in a state of "iron deficiency". Iirc, that's also a reason why people get the spins when they stand up too quickly (though, I'm certainly no doctor or biologist of any kind, i'm just some rando on the interwebs, so feel free to correct me here). This makes more sense to me because we know boruto is already proficient in lightning release and that would allow him to have some control over creating an electromagnet. It would also explain why a simple touch could break somebody out of the effects of rasengan uzuhiko because the iron would lose the electricity and would at least begin to dissapate back into the body as normal. All that said, however, I don't dislike Nick's theory on boruto using magnet release via yin yang release, since it does make some sense, I just think it would take too long when boruto already has access to lightning release from the jump and therefore wouldn't have to learn to use any other releases in order to use a single jutsu
Luckily for Boruto, Magnet Release is a combination of Wind and Lightning Nature Chakra. He mastered both of those by the Chunin Exam he disqualified himself from, as well as Water Release. And Yin-Yang Release is innate to all Otsutsuki, so Boruto definitely has it now, even if he didn't before. As for how Rasengan Uzuhiko works, I'm thinking that it works like a combination of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. It scrambles the target's senses, I think, by linking the sensation of the Coriolis Effect, normally imperceptible on a micro-scale, directly to their Chakra Network. So you hit them hard, mess with their Chakra like a Genjutsu, and the rotation of the planet keeps them in that state in perpetuity since it is linked directly to them, meaning the user doesn't need to spend extra Chakra to maintain the dizziness.

Iirc, he used water release in the "capture the flag" section through the ninja tech that got him disqualified, so I'm hard pressed to say he mastered that one during the chunin exams. Can't say for wind though, since I don't remember him using it at all (though, I haven't rewatched the movie or that part of the anime since they aired, so I could very well be wrong). Also wasn't.... Consciously aware? That yin-yang release is something that boruto got from being otsutsuki, but that doesn't raise any flags in my mind, so I can't say it doesn't make sense 😅 As for your theory, I don't remember a combination of ninjutsu and genjutsu being a thing before now in the canon of the naruto verse, so I'm not sure if it's even viable, but it would be pretty interesting, but you could technically also argue that uzuhiko is already an nin/taijutsu combo since boruto needs to be masterful in his use of taijutsu to be able to use uzuhiko effectively and consistently. That's not to say I think negatively of your idea, mind, I think it'd be a pretty fresh use of chakra if it were the case and I certainly wouldn't be unhappy about it either!
As someone who came to a very similar conclusion to the Uzuhiko it's chilling to stumble on someone like yourself who thinks the same way. But that's just me. So putting that aside I think of it from a somewhat different angle. And it ties more towards the medical jutsu that Tsunade used on Kabuto. I believe that Boruto uses his Rasengan Uzuhiko as a constant rotation of both his wind and lightning chakra to the very level where its not totally invisible as we see the justu's effects wrap around Boruto and whomever is on the receiving end of Uzuhiko. Now I strongly believe that Boruto first taps into the planets rotation which compared to a person's own gravity is VAST. Now I'm not saying Boruto can mess with gravity I'm saying that the electro magnetic connection that Boruto can make is extremely important. What I mean by that is that Boruto has mastered his own chakra control to a point where he acts as a conduit fir the Uzuhiko. He taps into the planets rotation with the use of wind and lighting style chakra, allows its effects to enwrap himself as a near invisible cloak (with potentially sensory capabilities) but once he has this jutsu in motion he must either keep his own mental and bodily chakra at a similar level of rotation as of the planet, or he must expell the justsu upon someone. Think of it like an amaterutsu, boruto is the humble guide of the Uzuhiko and my point being is that he not only links the planets rotation to his opponent, but triggers a neurological distortion as a result. By doing this Boruto has not only thrown a person's biological understanding for what is right way up, he's left his opponent unable to recover as the planets rotation keeps the opponent from recovering as the link Boruto makes from the Uzuhiko is now magnetically locked together. Think of it like we're so used to swimming with the currents of a river as our own understanding of walking. What boruto can do is throw someone, not just against the current of the river, but more in an enraging series of worlpools that throw one's opponent around like dozens of kittiens play with a ball of wool. Sporadic and unpredictable. All surrounding senses are put completely out of WHACK. Just my "2 cents" on the matter but yeah! Deadly, dangerous and lethal.
The uzuhiko works by using the chakra of the poles not just the chakra of nature around him, like a sage/six paths mode, which I think would be interesting to see if he learns that later.

I don't think it's that complicated. Boruto never says, that he's USING the earth's rotation. He's saying that he's INCORPORATING the earth's rotation. The reason why we don't feel the earth's rotation, is because we are moving on a smooth, constant path - and everything around us is as well. All Boruto is doing, is rotating Code's Chakra.
You know how there's little specks of chakra wildly moving around inside a Rasengan? He's doing that to Code's chakra. Bits and pieces of his chakra are wildly spiraling around a singular (or multiple) points within him. Because the inertia and vector of his chakra is moving around wildly - he's feeling the inertia of the earth. Because his chakra - more accurately bits and pieces of it - are wildly rotating on different axis (3 dimensional spiral around a singular point) the angle at which Code's chakra is moving, is inconsistent within itself - and it's also constantly on a different vector than his body.
Because different bits and pieces of his chakra are rotating wildly on different axis - he's also constantly losing bits and pieces of his chakra that fly off tangentially into different directions. For all intents and purposes his chakra is constantly radiating out into different angles/directions and getting lost cause his chakra is not moving on the same vector/inertia the earth is exerting onto him... meaning it's not properly carried along the path his body is moving.
Imagine it like this... There's a satellite on a stable orbit around earth. Once on a stable orbit, the satellite will forever spin around the earth. If that satellite were to get a little push, it would either leave the orbit or crash into earth. Now imagine if earth was an immaterial object you can't crash into. The satellite would accelerate while moving towards the center of attraction, and be rotated around it. Expelled onto a new orbit, probably a wider one. Up until the satellite's acceleration and vector is strong enough - and the satellite is expelled out into space. That's what Boruto is doing to bits and pieces of code's chakra. The earth's rotation in "Boruto" is acting like an outside force onto the rotating bits and pieces of Code's chakra. Causeing bits to be shot out, or collapse into the center, be accelerated and shot out. He's disoriented af, because his perceived inertia of his physical body through his physical senses (earth's rotational axis / orbit of his body) is completely out of phase with his chakra's inertia/vector/orbit. He can't even "turn off" his physical senses and just rely on perception through chakra - cause bits and pieces of his chakra are even out of phase with each other - and inertia/vector/orbit of these pieces is also constantly changing.
On a side note - this is also why a Rasengan doesn't have to be actively rotated once created. It only has to be contained to a finite space. It will forever rotate - as long as you compress it / exert a force that keeps the individual particles from breaking out. Which is why a thin layer that's strong enough to keep any one particle from escaping, is enough.
That's also why Code WILL die eventually - if Uzuhiko is not released. Cause he's just going to keep radiating/losing chakra until he's dead.
Small correction Nick. Gaara has always had a Magnet Release, Shukkaku gave him sand control- but his Magnet Release is what gives it it's pseudo-Fuinjutsu effects (and some very real Fuinjutsu-) it's also why the blood he collected inside of the sand became veiny and dark (like Shukkaku's complexion.) The best part of Boruto, in my opinion- is when Gaara catches the coliseum to evacuate people. We all know it isn't his story, so he's going to get clapped by the weird aliens- but it's more showing instead of telling about the kind of person he became.
I always assumed Uzuhiko connected the Chakra of the enemy to the general Nature Chakra found in the atmosphere.....hence as the world spins(at its regular 1600km per hour), it causes the atmosphere to do the same which also in turn causes the Chakra and chakra network of the opponent to spin out of control as well. Hence Code constantly feeling off balance

When Boruto saw the four "Ego Shinju" standing in front of him, it made Boruto feel afraid and panicked so that he released Uzuhiko's effect on Code's body and hoped that he would help him fight the Shinju. If these Ego Shinju can make Boruto panic just by their presence, then I'm sure that in the future Boruto will have great difficulty fighting these Mofo! 🤯

I actually believe since I first saw "rasengan uzuhiko", that it is derived from "Kirin". Since Sasuke was Boruto's teacher it makes sense that he taught him how to use "Nature Chakra" offensively, the same way that Sasuke uses real lightning from the atmosphere, Boruto uses the planet's "chakra" or "rotation" for his attack. I think the 2 techniques are linked in the sense that they both use an outside source for chakra instead of the user's chakra. What do you guys think?

If the Rasengan Uzuhiko causes you to be infinitely dizzy because it's connected to the planetary rotation, wouldn't this make that VERY similar to the realm of Drunken Dreams from Itachis Sussanoo? It just seems like they're both similar to each other about causing dizziness, therefore messing up equilibrium and causing it extremely hard to escape. NOW. One of them is sealing your soul, and the other is an effect on your body. But I'm just saying. Considering Sauske was Borutos sensai for at least a little bit. The using of the magnetic field reminded me of an idea I had for Sarada to have her own version of Kirin:
It’d be the opposite to her father’s; that she uses lightning release on the earth’s magnetic field above her. This would distort it, so that she could then concentrate the sun’s solar winds into the god of all fire attacks.

If you were to apply this effect to, say Code's body, he would very much feel what he felt.
This has got to be a shinjutsu. Nature energy would probably change his appearance. His eyes at the very least. But there's no change at all. He's totally in base. He probably applied hyuga technique to the rasengan.

@0kamar189 I think he's incorporating the earth's rotation into his body and I think that's what he meant by the earth's chakra. And if I'm right about the coriolis effect, it's bc the spin of his rasengan rotates in the opposite direction of the planet, so when he applies it to Code, he experiences the coriolis effect.
And Boruto probably isn't teleporting. I don't think he's even moving. Code is just that dizzy from the effect. It's also possible that he's being repelled, as if he's become the opposite end of a magnetic pole, with Boruto being the other end. So when he attacks Boruto, he just misses.

It’s worth noting that, currently, scientists believe that the reason the earth generates its magnetic field is because the earth’s core spins at a different speed than the outer mantle; I’m not entirely clear on how it all works but the difference between these two… ahem… *rotational* speeds, is what generates our magnetic field.

The rasengan is basically a huge rotation itself so learning rotation wouldn’t even be needed. Boruto just needs to be ridiculously efficient in senjutsu as a sage. Boruto is also a genius so I’m sure he found out how to apply senjutsu outside of being in Sage mode with the help of Kashin Koji and the experience of Momoshiki. Or he could’ve combined his knowledge of the Hyuga rotation and Sage mode together

Personally i think we should take "Earths rotation" at face value... This would be distinct from "nature" energy(based on organic life) and more akin to "Celestial" energy based upon the movement of planetary bodies through space.
I've always believed that both Boruto and Hima have some of Karuma's Chakra. One the whisker marks. Two his Chakra always leaked through and was present in naruto when they where born. Three Karuma can't be truly "gone" as half of him(yang half but Minato found a way to calm him down too) is still capable of accessing through Minato and edo tensai. That said, not sure without extracting karumas yang half to boruto or himawari is the only Tru way to harness that power. I definitely believe kurama can and will come back. Hima and boruto would clearly be already a perfect chakra match(compatible) and because Karuma would be brought back in spirit alone I think he would need a jinchuuriki to exist...

Toji should have won against Gojo bc Tojis weopon cancels abilities “that should have stoped Gojos healing and stopped red when he blocked it”. The idea of using a tailed beast as an emergency chakra battery can still work from a narrative perspective. Because tailed beast are kinda irrelevant in terms of power. Like the strongest tailed beast had to die just to shorten Ishiki's life from a few day to a few minutes.
And it could be a cool opposition between ninja tools (with kawaki) and tailed beast. Like an ancestral chakra beast vs modern technology

what if its just Genjusu or something like it? and Boruto is spiralizing his chakra like Obito and in doing so can force that on others through touch causing there chakra to Cavitate in the Chakra system and then kill them, the dizziness could just be a side effect. The spinning around himself could just be wind or some other atmosphere effect from this or maybe just a way to show the audience its active, this would fit his vanishing Rasengon kit wouldn't it the hit on code could have just been an invisible Rasengon.

We did get an explanation for Flying Rajin. It was made to defeat advanced Sharingan users. Namely Madara’s brother who could track EVERY move and see through any attack so Toby created an attack he couldn’t see through. Flying Raijn slice.

I was watching you theory video about Minato and Boruto using FTG, and I may have the most realistic theory. I think after Kashin’s fight with Ishin, he wandered to Mount Myoboku, and the great road safe helped him with the memories. And that’s also where the FTG scroll is since Minato studied reverse summoning with the toads. That’s why sasuke’s tree seems safe and far off, because cause it’s close to mount myoboku, which is where he fought code. Boruto meets kashin when he arrives alone and that’s where he trains. I’m smoking while typing this, but think about it. Boruto stepped on Codes face cause a toad reversed summoned a toad he had watching the village. Code didn’t notice it jumping high in the air when he invaded, so he ended up with a foot in his face. But back to the toads, if Kashin and Boruto were together in mount myoboku, it would explain their relationship. The cool and focused composure they both have, and the way the are with each other. The toad sage and the toad elders were close to Naruto, jiriya, and Minato. If anything, sasuke only needed a year training Boruto since they have been master and student for some time. Vortex Rasengan seems to use nature chakra, he has toads, and using FTG, with everyone looking for him and wanting him dead, he never went back to the village, he and sasuke ran using his rasengan to avoid getting lost, to mount myoboku. Kashin just took over after Sasuke turned into a tree. All the materials and knowledge needed is there. The key Minato front for Naruto’s seal was at mount myoboku. I believe both Minato and Jiriya trust that place more than the village. Even the knowledge and understanding of how horrible of a problem that the 10-Tails is would be explained best from the toads. Since they experienced it twice.

My theory. Chakra is similar in a sense to the Coriolis effect. To those unaware, the Coriolis effect makes air spin differently depending on which hemisphere you are in. My thought is that a person's Chakra would rotate or circulate based on the hemisphere they are in. Rasengan Uzuhiko thus would cause your Chakra to spin/circulate as if it were in a different hemisphere.
Secondary theory. Rasengan Uzuhiko uses the same principle as the balloon training for the rasengan. Essentially turning a person's Chakra network into a rasengan.

It could also be Boruto using the process of entering sage mode by collecting sage energy and thrusting it into someone through attacking them with either them contacting him or Boruto contacting them causing them to lose balance since Sage energy isn't really something anyone can control and could possibly cause disturbances in the body with Boruto having full control over this like the controlling of Sage energy like how naruto can give someone a Cloak of chakra and choose when it appears and disappears the same thing could go for boruto except when he undoes the jutsu it dissipates completely until he attacks him with Rasengan Uzuhiko yet again
I'm thinking you can still use the Earth's rotation to perform a feat as extreme as to completely reverse the flow of chakra in someone's body. Hyuga knowledge or the chakra network + uzumaki rasengan + some source of power probably involving the Earth's rotation. What was spiraling out from the center is now spiraling in towards the center, the reversal in flow gives a vertigo effect by throwing off the targets equilibrium, and with nowhere for the chakra to go other than inwards, it builds until it can no longer be contained and kills the target.
It truly seems like Boruto learned en and added the Rasengan to it making it work like neji's rotation. Or it has something to do with the jogan sine he does know how to use gentle fist since hanabi trained them in it

So ive got a lilttle theory thats probably not gonna be the case since its really simple and might kill the hype around Rasengan Uzuhiko but hear me out. What if Boruto created Rasengan Uzuhiko from learning how to increase and/or maybe refine the spin of the jutsu. Think about it, the main component of retaining a Rasengan is spinning or swirling your chakra in a controlled manner to create the ball, maybe Boruto has gotten so skilled with the swirling of his chakra and his understanding of the Rasengan that he figured out how to cover his body with this same charka and since chakra can flow from person to person this means Boruto's chakra along with its nature is being transferred at its current state with the same special rotation which only he can control. That being said someone who doesnt know how to control it wouldnt be able to "turn it off" as it says in the manga. Kishimoto couldve possibly taken a page out of Araki's book and incorporated the concept of the golden ratio and energy produced through centrifugal force and Rasengan Uzuhiko is the Naruto verse's manifestation of this concept. I feel like that would keep the jutsu specific to Boruto while also allowing leeway to birth more jutsu within the story based around this concept in their own unique ways. Like i said its a really simple, kinda underwhelming idea imo but it would open up some fun stuff for the story as well as give an explaination that sheds more light on what Boruto is getting at when he talks about how the jutsu works.
Theory: During the TS, Boruto and Sasuke went to the Sand Village where Shinki and them train. Eventually, Boruto is able to slightly pick up the magnet release that Shinki uses for his sand but Shinki and Gaara help him refine it in a way that they never thought.
Caveat: Everybody's memories were effected except for a select few. Who knows if it truly has effected everybody or if it was speculation since this is the first time we've seen it used.

I pesonaly think Uzuhiko is a parallell of amaterasu. Think about it, both jutsu have offensive and diffensive aplications as well as versatily in changing their aplication. And to not to mention that when applied to someone, the effects can be permanent unless dissabled by the user. This lines in with Boruto inheriting sasukes cloak and sword, so i sorta see uzuhiko having some similarity to amaterasu as an easter egg

Hey I have a question. In obitos hideout he had a ton of sharingan eyes. If there were that many Uchiha in the clan before it was obliterated, could they have easily taken over Konaha, if they had as a first step in their plan, to each kill their most loved person and unlock the mangekyou? Since some if not most of these people were certainly Uchiha as well would it have been possible to sacrifice the weaker half to the stronger half, assuming the stronger half loved someone among the weaker half, like a mom or younger sibling or something. Of course some of them would probably have someone outside of the clan they loved so it could potentially be more than half of all the Uchiha with unlocked MS. I think even half of the clan with that many MS would be way more than enough to overwhelm the rest of Konoha and even perhaps unlock some new MS powers that are way more powerful and devistating than what we have seen so far since there hasn’t even been that many MS in all of the history of the ninja world. Maybe even some of these new MS users amongst the strongest would have been close enough family members that it would have been justifiable to kill the other in order to obtain EMS.

My current theory on how uzuhiko gets its connection to the planet is via manipulation of the dragon veins which we see yamato do in the manga to split the earth when itachi did the amaterasu forest.
The movies also used the dragon veins and harnessing them to create time travel which let naruto meet minato. The new game also uses them for its final time travel plot.

"A rasengan that incorporates a planet's chakra-- its rotation... that is rushing through your body right now and will never dissipate."
Imagine you have a hose with an endless water source but no pressure system to draw that water into the hose. If you suck into the hose, the water will flow through continuously until the water runs out of the pressure system is removed. I believe that Rasengan Uzuhiko functions similar to that, where Boruto uses the rasengan to disrupt an individual's flow of chakra with physical contact by applying a unique pressure system to the chakra flow. Pressure systems move from high to low, so once the RU is applied, the greater chakra pressure system (Earth) will flow to the individual. Similar to the Hyuga disrupting chakra flow through tenketsu points, but instead of turning them off, applies a pressure system that begins to pull in the world's chakra into an individual: forcing the individual to continuously draw the chakra of the earth into them unless he removes the pressure system or they die.
Boruto in this sense doesn't have control over the entire planet's chakra, but incorporates that chakra into the individual forcibly making them a conduit of the chakra. What if Rasengan Uzuhiko draws in nature energy into the Rasengan, and when that chakra is applied to a chakra system without that flow, turns on the metaphorical hose to draw it into their body.
Another idea is that Rasengan Uzuhiko doesn't draw it the nature energy into the body of the individual, but creates a sort of suction field for the chakra into the surrounding area around the victim which cause disorientation and the spins because the individual exists within the pressure system. The imbalance of the chakra within the individual vs the chakra in the surrounding field from siphoning the earth's chakra causes similar disturbance like you would experience on a plane at high altitude.
The delineation between the nature chakra vs world chakra might be the reason the individual doesn't transform as a result of it. Nature chakra is pulled from the earth and atmosphere and infused into the body, whereas the world chakra is something different yet similar. But I'm no expert on Naruto lore so who knows, but I do believe Rasengan Uzuhiko operates in some capacity as a pressure system. If y'all find any flaws, I'd love to hear them and adapt my theory!

idk , magnet release is a slippery slope because then what’s stopping him from using the rest of the tailed beasts abilities ? i think it makes more sense that he’s just rotating nature chakra in the environment around him
Question, does Eidas ability work on tailed beasts? Perhaps Shukaku knows the truth and is either A: willing to help train boruto, or B: able to vouch for boruto to someone like gaara (who doesn’t have really any investment into the politics of the leaf village and may be willing to help train boruto)

I think that while he doesn’t have byakugan, he may be able to activate a bit of the gentle fist technique and use hyuga rotation, but instead of rotating his body, he uses his knowledge of the rasengan to make himself the center of the sphere and rotating the chakra around himself. It would reflect attacks back just like rotation and use their strength against them, while also giving him a near limitless amount of already spinning chakra to mold into rasengan whenever he wanted. Both offensive and defensive in one jutsu.
Doubling down if you want to use shukaku as a catalyst then maybe the reason it’s called planetary rasengan is because like the earths core, his own chakra works as a dynamo to keep the area around him rotating. Shukaku would be likely to understand how the world’s core/magnetic field functions and he copied that.

I think uzuhiko might be using a simpler "version" of magnet release... I think learning wind, earth, yin, yang and yin yang releases would take a fair bit longer than the 3 years boruto was training, since we know that even if you're born with those chakra releases, it still takes time to master them and there's no way boruto would have the privelige of using releases he isn't a master of.
What I think rasengan uzuhiko might be doing is magnetising the iron in the target's blood, drawing it into "clumps" and creating a situation where the target is in a state of "iron deficiency". Iirc, that's also a reason why people get the spins when they stand up too quickly (though, I'm certainly no doctor or biologist of any kind, i'm just some rando on the interwebs, so feel free to correct me here). This makes more sense to me because we know boruto is already proficient in lightning release and that would allow him to have some control over creating an electromagnet. It would also explain why a simple touch could break somebody out of the effects of rasengan uzuhiko because the iron would lose the electricity and would at least begin to dissapate back into the body as normal.
All that said, however, I don't dislike Nick's theory on boruto using magnet release via yin yang release, since it does make some sense, I just think it would take too long when boruto already has access to lightning release from the jump and therefore wouldn't have to learn to use any other releases in order to use a single jutsu
Luckily for Boruto, Magnet Release is a combination of Wind and Lightning Nature Chakra. He mastered both of those by the Chunin Exam he disqualified himself from, as well as Water Release. And Yin-Yang Release is innate to all Otsutsuki, so Boruto definitely has it now, even if he didn't before.
As for how Rasengan Uzuhiko works, I'm thinking that it works like a combination of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. It scrambles the target's senses, I think, by linking the sensation of the Coriolis Effect, normally imperceptible on a micro-scale, directly to their Chakra Network. So you hit them hard, mess with their Chakra like a Genjutsu, and the rotation of the planet keeps them in that state in perpetuity since it is linked directly to them, meaning the user doesn't need to spend extra Chakra to maintain the dizziness.
@@anthonylamonica8301 ah, I see I was mistaken on the kekkei genkai makeup... That's a noob move 😂 pretty sure he didn't use wind or water release himself though? Iirc, he used water release in the "capture the flag" section through the ninja tech that got him disqualified, so I'm hard pressed to say he mastered that one during the chunin exams. Can't say for wind though, since I don't remember him using it at all (though, I haven't rewatched the movie or that part of the anime since they aired, so I could very well be wrong). Also wasn't.... Consciously aware? That yin-yang release is something that boruto got from being otsutsuki, but that doesn't raise any flags in my mind, so I can't say it doesn't make sense 😅
As for your theory, I don't remember a combination of ninjutsu and genjutsu being a thing before now in the canon of the naruto verse, so I'm not sure if it's even viable, but it would be pretty interesting, but you could technically also argue that uzuhiko is already an nin/taijutsu combo since boruto needs to be masterful in his use of taijutsu to be able to use uzuhiko effectively and consistently.
That's not to say I think negatively of your idea, mind, I think it'd be a pretty fresh use of chakra if it were the case and I certainly wouldn't be unhappy about it either!
As someone who came to a very similar conclusion to the Uzuhiko it's chilling to stumble on someone like yourself who thinks the same way. But that's just me.
So putting that aside I think of it from a somewhat different angle. And it ties more towards the medical jutsu that Tsunade used on Kabuto.
I believe that Boruto uses his Rasengan Uzuhiko as a constant rotation of both his wind and lightning chakra to the very level where its not totally invisible as we see the justu's effects wrap around Boruto and whomever is on the receiving end of Uzuhiko.
Now I strongly believe that Boruto first taps into the planets rotation which compared to a person's own gravity is VAST. Now I'm not saying Boruto can mess with gravity I'm saying that the electro magnetic connection that Boruto can make is extremely important.
What I mean by that is that Boruto has mastered his own chakra control to a point where he acts as a conduit fir the Uzuhiko. He taps into the planets rotation with the use of wind and lighting style chakra, allows its effects to enwrap himself as a near invisible cloak (with potentially sensory capabilities)
but once he has this jutsu in motion he must either keep his own mental and bodily chakra at a similar level of rotation as of the planet, or he must expell the justsu upon someone. Think of it like an amaterutsu, boruto is the humble guide of the Uzuhiko and my point being is that he not only links the planets rotation to his opponent, but triggers a neurological distortion as a result.
By doing this Boruto has not only thrown a person's biological understanding for what is right way up, he's left his opponent unable to recover as the planets rotation keeps the opponent from recovering as the link Boruto makes from the Uzuhiko is now magnetically locked together.
Think of it like we're so used to swimming with the currents of a river as our own understanding of walking. What boruto can do is throw someone, not just against the current of the river, but more in an enraging series of worlpools that throw one's opponent around like dozens of kittiens play with a ball of wool. Sporadic and unpredictable. All surrounding senses are put completely out of WHACK.
Just my "2 cents" on the matter but yeah! Deadly, dangerous and lethal.

The uzuhiko works by using the chakra of the poles not just the chakra of nature around him, like a sage/six paths mode, which I think would be interesting to see if he learns that later.
It's like boruto turned codes blood or the fluids in his ears into a rasengan, its spinning into the direction of the chakra

The only issue at the magnetic field theory. Is on Earth the magnetic field North and South switch places every 10,000 years - 50 million years. We humans don't get affected by that only migrating birds, and a few other animals.
