8:26 I think ornn is supposed to upgrade enchanters first (or second) bc enchanters buff the whole team, while carries only affect themselves and tanks don’t need more stats. Like, enchanters trade almost all their personal power for team buffing power, so instead of giving +10% power to one carry, upgraded enchanters can give +5% power to the entire team (adding up to +20%) (numbers are fake, but the gist is the same). In Milio’s case, it’s extra applicable bc he can buff the whole team at the same time. Sona and Seraphine are similarly high priority upgrades, bc they have crazy scaling and can make the entire team stronger, not just themselves.
