RuleA1, is inside RuleGroupA and has the highest priority inside RuleGroupA.So in terms of rules and groups the priorities are Rule1, RuleGroupA (Rule A1, Rule A2), RuleGroupB (Rule B1, Rule B3). If you at ua-cam.com/video/sLnXHOkaNTk/v-deo.html you'll see the same order on the bottom of the page.
