To be fair, there are owners who owned up to their mistakes, and embraced the changes. One that sticks out to me is John from Mama Maria, who was thriving after that episode aired. Yeah, his wake-up call only came when a client had to be rushed to the hospital because of one of his meals, but at least he legitimately learned and improved.

The fact that Gordon later released his own line of frozen foods after Sebastian failed is just hilarious irony to me.
To be fair, he has no issue with frozen food, he hates people advertising frozen stuff as fresh
