Quantock Hills, Scottish Country Dance, 32 bar strathspey for 4 couples in a 4 couple square set as devised by Alex Gray during a weekend of Scottish Country Dancing in 2001 at Halsway Manor, the National Centre for Folk Arts, in Somerset, UK. The music was recorded by The Craigellachie Trio in 2012 for The Kintbury Strathspey and comes from the album Oxford Connections. It includes the tunes: The Horse-drawn Barge, The Sidlaw Hills, Ian Powrie’s compliments to the late Sir Thomas Wardle and the Arthole Volunteer’s March.
