I love how Tea showed both characters ideas of themselves, neither of them were sure about themselves, unsure if they are worthy of love, Tea showed her vulnerabilities, her 'self' but Casey was not able to do that, thus making tea think she's not sure he can handle her, and he's sure she can't handle him right off the bat. Be confident in who you are, be vulnerable enough to display yourself and above all show others they can get to that place too. Pay it forward people!

I get the SZA comparisons but TeaMarrr is more interesting as an artists to me. Her story telling is unmatched and she doesn't just conform to mellow trap songs she makes BOPS and incorporates differernt genres like jazz and motown. She's just a breath of fresh air to music. Don't get it twisted SZA is great too and I'd love to hear them on a record together so people can really see the difference

Chasing Amy is one of my favorite films!
If you're not familiar, it's from the 90s and the "Amy" portion **spoiler** is short and basically about a guy that can't get past his own insecurities after falling for her, and ultimately drives her away; filled with regret he now spends his days still chasing Amy.

He has medication sitting on his bedside table. So he has a illness or mental disorder. She’s worried about his acceptance but he is worried about hers. His insecurities about his illness or disorder stops him from continuing contact.
