I read your comment on your channel losing ground. First, let me say, you should have 10x the subscribers. Your talent is inspirational and it should be apparent to anyone. However, the dumbing down of music; melody, harmony et al. is widespread. But, also, people want free lessons, which I see you are doing. Entertaining them is not enough. They also like people with some shtick, which I abhor. The guy with the Fedora or sunglasses or funny beard, weird T-shirts ....whatever. They want to see a fancy guitar they cannot afford. Seeing someone play excellent with a "affordable " guitar is bourgeois to them, when it should make it apparent the talent is paramount. Unfortunately, this is the current state of things. Attention spans are limited. In a way, it is remarkable you have been relevant this long. My only criticism, I generally do not like the direct sound. It is to pristine. Some songs works. And it sounds good, but it doesn't move the soul. Just stick a mic in front of a Deluxe and watch the audience grow. Maybe a signature color shirt with a collar and more songs without the 2 and 4 beat "choke" as my old teacher called it. Most of us wish we were .001 as good as you. I am a big fan and want to to be a top tear UA-camr.
