I have a theory. I believe Black Manta is Aqualad/Kaldur'ahm. Now I know this idea had been thrown around a lot but I have a new piece of evidence that leads me to this conclusion. Aqualad has the power of Hydrokinesis/the ability to control water. As far as I'm aware, the traditional Black Manta, David Hyde, does not have this attirubute. However, within Injustice 2, Manta's back-3 move allows him to summon water around his arms and direct it toward his opponent. This move is a key attack associated with Aqualad. Manta is also able to dive into the ground and arise near his opponent with a flying uppercut. He dives into the ground as if it is water and a splash effect is even present. This feels like something Aqualad would be able to do, and Black Manta would not. Kal actually being Injustice's Manta could allude back to the arc of Young Justice where Aqualad becomes a double agent, and joins his father. This is obviously different for Injustice, but still could take inspiration from when Aqualad was kinda Black Manta for a brief period. He could resent Aquaman for hiding his true heritage, and also killing his father, regardless of the original Manta's villany.
Batman also uncharacteristically shoots people with the Batwing in his supermove. Let it rest already. *BLACK MANTA IS NOT AQUALAD AND HE NEVER WAS!!!*

There's a better chance that the unknown female from DLC pack 3 is Miss Martian. The proof that it isn't Aqualad. He never uses his water powers. When Aqualad served his father, as a double agent, he used his water magic. While the harpoon gun, Missiles and Daggers are impressive they pale next to the ever changing mace, whip and swords his magic could conjure. I would rather wait for injustice 3 and get Aqualad that fights against Superman's regime with his true weapons. Teen Titan fans want Beast Boy. But that can't happen because Starfire said at the end of her story she hasn't seen him. It would be a contradiction if he was in the game now.

I want to start a trend , I highly think that snake eyes should be in the next MKX and I think he should have a close quarters fighting style and less use of firearms. Much like the movie "g.i. Joe resolute." I think he is a perfect candidate.... help spread the word for those who want our silent badass as a guest character for the next Mortal Kombat (copy and paste if u like )
