Quite a change from my day. We used mom's biggest butcher knife to do the uncapping. Used a fork in place of your scratcher. And squashed a lot of wax by hand to get the honey to drain out. Much more messy. We didn't sell honey. We did give a lot of it away to friends, neighbors, and family.

Looks like frames fit in the tank unlike the heavy duty gray rubbermaid bins I have, which are too narrow. Were did you get them?
