She looks completely different in the face compared to the others. So much so that many people believed they had used an entirely different head sculpt. You loved his review what a kiss ass you are. He said nothing but nasty things about this doll that you just said you loved. Angel do you really respect kisses or do you respect people who respect you enough to tell you the truth. If you're really who I think you are then you would respect somebody who calls you out.
Operetta is my favorite character. I can’t get this doll because of mc not shipping to my country anymore. But I adore her 🥲 I’m probably just biased but I love her and I love the 50s style refrences and her color palette 🥹 If her face looked more like g1 she’d be perfect in my eyes 🥹 But I think people have fair reasons for not liking her.
The doll rush feeling is so real. When the smell of new plastic hits😤
Speaking of Barbie. If they were to do a collaboration with both brands, Operetta would rock Barbie's original swimsuit.
I just got a Roller Maze Operetta, my first original G1 doll. Picked her because she wasn't too much, and she looks like she's in great condition. Plus she's complete. She's cool. I don't have a doll with tattoos or scars in my collection. Plus the outfit is cute.
I only had 6 Monster High dolls growing up and Dot Dead Operetta was one of them, I absolutely loved her and I’m still kicking myself for giving her away
Took me forever to see the black things on the overskirt as records. I completely thought they were monsterified soot sprites! And then was trying to figure out in what way those two worlds collided, lol!
I honestly think a cute cropped pleather jacket could've fixed her, or maybe opera length gloves (pun intended). She just needed an extra piece to tie her all together. Aside from that, having the bow on her hair be fabric and switching her eyeshadow from green to purple would've done all the difference. That aside, she is a beautiful doll, even if she isnt worth the 50 bucks.

I just recently started collecting and I love Operetta so I was SO sad to not be able to get the Fang Club Operetta (because it does not ship to Germany). I got the signature Operetta second hand instead (for a surprisingly good deal) and now seeing them side by side I am so happy that everything happened this way because the signature is so much more detailed!!

Ghoulia is amazing! Operetta on the other hand could have been done better. And I cant stop focusing on the wonky eye and the mermaid ish?? shaped dress. And the record print could have been something more fancy like lace idk.
Just got mine the other day and I do like her but until now I had no reference because she's my 1st one. Mine had serious box hair that I need to fix but otherwise was in good shape.

She's not awful, but the signature and some others are better. I'm saying that without any attachment to the original dolls. The past few weeks is the first time I have looked at Operetta dolls in any detail.
I put the purple, record part of the skirt around her neck. She’s Phantom of the Opera’s daughter. She needs a cloak. Now she’s an 8 for me 😊

I'm an Operetta stan, love the tattoos, her rockabilly style and her shade of red, so I'm happy that she has a collector doll, is it the best no 😅 but tbh majority of MH special edition dolls aren't spectacular.
