prep was great but you actually have to brush on the paint do a light sanding do another brushing or roller then another very light sanding then final coat then you use the spray because the spray alone is too thin of a coat even if you double or triple it that looks good
Sunrise red from rust oleum is an EXACT match to western red
We just did the same thing for our western unimount , we used Cherry 🍒 Red

needle gun & flap disk on the rust. did mine with 2 coats of primer first with spray gun, and 2 coats kubota orange.. patched the rust holes.
my guess is rustolium will last a lot longer than the original powder coat which was terrible..
