Hi Josh, can you explain holding group rax returns, i.e. if you have 3 Ltd's and a holding company above them all, are you returning 4 tax returns to HMRC per year or one tax return for the whole group ? Thanks.
Also, separate question, if you spend money on a property trg course say 2k, then you set up a Ltd a month later, can you claim the cost of the course as an expense, even though you incurred it before you set up the company? Thanks.

4 - 3 for the trading, one for the holding. Holding is usually much simpler.
