Omg this is a so so so so so help ful . I'm about to go one a road trip to cali and it's at the most no longer then a 2 day road trip. And we're camping for 4 nights 5 days. This was hella helpful. Can you do this at Costco so it will save me a trip and I can price match to see witch is cheaper . I love this.
I was at Sam's Club the other day won,t say where About 4 Pm . and their was A homeless guy their walking around Eating samples got his belly full very smart and funny
Wow that's a lot of sugar do Americans really eat like this ? I don't let me kids eat candy pop or chocolate bars ..it's water fruits vegetables cookies ice cream sometimes popsicles the chips r ok but thry have alot of sugar in them too n its not everyday they eat them.once or twice a week we will go to the store to buy pop chips candy bars for good behavior...they get a snack in their lunch like cookies applesauce pudding or granolabars n juice...either raw vegetables or fruit cheese slices I always try to have different varieties of food in their lunches like pizza pops noodles left overs. We eat out twice a month or if it's just to get family time together or good behavior we'll eat out 3 times depending if we can afford it. I myself don't eat any junk food the only sugar I get is n my morning coffee. Sugar is bad .
MsPapoose12 yes true but us "americans" have clean air and lots land to run around outside because our government knows how to keep our country clean and not chop everthing down to build something
I agree with you, has to be a balance. The problem in the United States is it's in our face constantly! every other commercial is either fast food or candy, We have a generation of diabetics like we have never seen before! It's the food with preservatives to help extend shelf life and the sugar in Pop and Candy that are doing it. Soda in any form even the diet are bad for you , one causes cancer the other diabetes. produce is expensive so people choose to make meals with boxed foods, to make cookies you need lots of expensive baking products, cheaper to grab a tray of cookies.our bodies were not made to handle all the chemicals and we are starting to see that now in the health industry. Cancer and Diabetes are at a record high!

You have to have a membership to buy things at Costco .I think a membership costs 30 dollars a year
