Nineteenth Eclipse of wandom's Custom Challenge Pack "Zenfinity"
Make as many matches as you can in 3 minutes on a 4x4 board
Enjoyable Eclipse, although there does not seem to be much fluctuation in the scores you get. My goal was 167
The keys to success:
Multi-matches
RNG cascades
Anticipating what the next matching move will be by looking at the current state of the board and also paying attention at the generated gems as they fall
I was mostly playing in a Chain Reaction style, but sometimes it may be better to make one or two matchless moves to then make a double match. I actually missed quite a few opportunities for multi-matches, among which, at 0:32 (after 21 matches), 0:58 (45), 1:15 (59), 2:24 (122), 2:33 (129) and 2:48 (145). It is hard to see everything when you need to go fast
