Yep, @ 4:00 AI bangs in to the player, not because it was a mistake, but because player was on the designated drive line it drives like the player is not even there.
nope , u can see after the crash that AI turns right too get away from the player and tries to get back on the perfect line , pushing the player to the right but not hitting him and when eventually he passes him AI gets back in to the perfect line, in witch player tried to get in to when he exited the turn so he crashed i to AI not vice verse. Im not arguing about the stupid crash which could happen anyways but just saying that AI indeed reacts on player and u have settings for AI aggression ,that tells the AI how mutch should it push the player to get in to the perfect line, so yeah, AI does know the player is there
como configuro el mando ? Solo puedo girar, acelerar, frenar, marcha atrás y vista atrás. Se queda en primera y no puedo cambiar marchas y va todo el rato en primera a 58 Kmh
Cockpit view only good for keyboard or gamepad. When using a wheel hood cam is most realistic, cockpit looks ridiculous to me,what car has 2 steering wheels.
If you turn up aggression they make more mistakes and the AI do a brilliant job of keeping it realistic in that sense. There's a slider for aggression up to 100% and this looks like it's at 0.
Matt Diffey Good to know, because I'm so fed with car games that have Rubberbanding AI that makes no mistakes ever. Remember old need for speed games? they were fun because AI did not drive perfect. maybe they messed up too much even I think that was the first two NFS games only then it went to rubberbandland.
BlackOmega Watch EmptyBox's videos on GameStockCar 2013 if you want to find out more before buying, they do a pretty good job. They don't screw up like NFS games but then those mistakes are hardly realistic in what's meant to be professional racing simulation - people aren't going to bail out 5 times a race just because you got near them. They make realistic racing mistakes like a dab of oversteer, slightly missing braking points etc. and only rarely make silly mistakes like just straight driving off, taking everyone out (though they get confused by formation laps sometimes) etc.
Kinda like a real race then? Hence the genre ... Simulation! As opposed to drifting through traffic cones in the rain at 120mph in Neo Tokyo being chased by 100 police cars with a thumping soundtrack and the ability to bounce off walls and mow down street lights for bonus points. If you want NFS, go play NFS. Otherwise, shut the fuck up.

Si se trata de mando, hay que configurar cada comando individualmente. Toma tienpo y paciencia hacerlo pero se puede.

Go back to your console arcade racers boy. A true sim racer plays on PC in either cockpit or hood cam view......
+Jason King true,cockpit view 4ever!
parece um mod de rfactor
Looks mindblowingly boring as the AI just keeps on driving in a perfect little line obviously never making the slightest mistake.
