piano, cello, i think accordian is also impressive because of amount of skill needed, i think flute/beatbox was amazing, but my fave was a tie between guitar and car.
For the accordion I would have preferred an acoustic accordion with mic or pickup. Electric accordions are cool for many purposes but I felt this was not one of them, the feel of real bellows and reeds would have helped here I think.
