Misleading video! It isn't a bungalow at all, it's an apartment.

@@Property_Spain Thanks for your reply. Then it is an apartment with a patio and solarium and you even refer to it as such. A 'bungalow' does not have another 'bungalow' below it. A nice property all the same.

@@Property_SpainJust for your information & friendly advice. British refer to a bungalow as a single storey, self contained, detached house (the word bungalow comes from India which the British colonised). Anything attached to another property either above, below, or on either side would either be an apartment or terraced apartment.
I don’t mean my comment to be derogatory, merely for informational advisory purposes in order to focus any of your (British) customers.
It’s a good price for an apartment but definitely not a bungalow.
