This time around I picture Armand all mellow as you see and walking out of the room and smashing his fist into the wall because he's so damned irritatied.
Casting Daniel as older was weirdly a smart move. This makes sense to me. I'm only sad if this means we missed the devil's minion.
Louis calling Daniel "our boy" when Armand called him "my boy" while they were together in the books makes me think the show version of the devil's minion includes Armand/Daniel/Louis and Louis mocking Daniel's biography confirmed for me the devil's minion definitely happened after the original interview and Armand erased those ten years out of Daniel's mind
Another possibility could be that he’s mocking Armand and Daniel, without the latter’s knowledge of course
