It's not often a celebrity death gets to me, but Sean Lock was a unique comedian and always very well natured even when doing his shtick. He'll be so, so badly missed.
I really hope there is a body of work on recorded/filmed or published large enough? Yeah. We’re gonna need lotsa’ Sean! But alas, like everything good……… it’s just never enough is it? Raising a glass to Eternal Rest Mr Sean Lock ♾❤️♾
Yeah it's so so sad. RIP Sean Lock. I can't believe it. I'm truly stunned and saddened by it. I didn't expect to be so gutted by this, really. He was almost always the best one on these panel shows. He had genuine wit, he didn't write jokes before the show, he came up with them on the spot. He was a wonderful comedian. He wrote some of the best stand up shows for comedians like Bill Bailey and Lee Mack. As well as his own shows, of course I imagine his death is going to send the whole of the UK into genuine mourning. I can't believe it. Poor guy. He was so so young. Only 58. That's not a life. He should have become the respected elder statesman of British comedy. His legacy will live on though I imagine his funeral will be an enormous event. Everyone in British TV and British comedy will turn out for it, like it's the funeral of a royal family member. No hyperbole here. I don't know any brit who didn't love Sean Lock
One thing this montage is missing is Sean digging out the Greenham Common protestors who said nuclear warhead missiles are shaped like penises to symbolise male dominance. “No, it’s aerodynamics. They wouldn’t get so far if they were vagina shaped!” 😂 Like, I’m very much CND and a feminist, but he had a point.
@@JDFuckinB 30 generations give or take and we are all descendants/related to one man? that is laughable:) we may be descendants from the people being alive back then.. but not from one man
My ex always used to watch this show with her family (I guess cause it was semi educational), and I can just picture them all sitting there while Sean does the chainsaw vibrator mime, her mother doing that small frown mothers do when something happens and they don't like it but its already done. So awkward 😂
i'm not sure about the Charlemagne bit. The corollary to the anecdote about the 13th century is that a lot of your ancestors must take multiple positions on your antecedents tree. Sure, but that's not necessarily Charlemagne/ Am i thinking about this wrong?
I think the point is, nobody can have that many ancestors and therefore the further you go back in history in a particular region, the more overlapped our ancestry becomes with those around us. It's hard to word well lol.
@@RedFloyd469 He meant it in the context that if all these direct ancestors we're each a separate individual, you would have more ancestors than there have been human beings. I'm sure he explains it after the video cuts.
@@RedFloyd469 what he means is eventually in certain regions everyone's ancestors must overlap, because there are only a set number of human beings who have existed. The maths itself on a base level doesn't take that into account. I think he was half way through explaining it before Sean's brain "exploded"
“When I die, I’d like my ashes scattered in Piers Morgan’s eyes.” - Sean Lock 😭 😂 Well, I’ll volunteer. RIP
Sean usually brings me to tears, more so today. Rest In Peace.

We may never get more Sean Lock, but he's given us plenty.
And I'll cherish every single minute of him for the rest of my short life.
My feelings exactly in fact, il just repost my comment on the Sean on QI video before this one…….

miss you already dear Sean!
He wasn’t good with technology, he won’t see this
The silhouette of the bollocks 😆 I’m in stitches here 😂
"So why do I go out killing?" "That's why I kill!" Lmao
2:07 I love Stephen’s reassuring “That’s why you kill!”
Heartbroken to hear Sean Locks death. R.I.P.
Very rarely do I laugh out loud when watching clips on UA-cam, but this guy gets me every time. He is sadly missed.
I died at the koala joke
RIP! 😔 Just found out that he passed away today!

RIP Sean, you will be missed dearly.
I love his mime of how may wests vibrator worked 😄
Sean was hilarious- his timing was impeccable and he had the gift of taking things to the edge - sadly missed
RIP Sean.
"I think the clay pot hit her hardest..." Thanks Sean
violin case. i have never heard brutal logic be so funny

I still miss him. Thankfully we have hundreds of clips
Sean was just so so funny. I love him
Sean's thought process was so fast and so funny.
heaven must be a ball with Sean and Caroline Ahern
heaven my arse!
jk
Lovely man. Very funny, he'll be missed 🌹
Funny funny funny man.
On the television Fjernsyn Fernsehen - directly to english it would litterally be farsight or distantsight. Lets turn on the distantsight.
I mean, yeah. Tele means far, vision is the marvel hero and also a synonym for "sight".
Please activate the AfarEye.
Reagan was shot in Washington - and Washington was shot with a ray gun
I like to think Sean didn’t die. He just went back in time to commit to this wonderful joke, as he said he would. 😂
@0:33
Please, Stephen! Show some mercy!!! Don't castrate that reindeer!!!
Charlemagne “was a love machine.” His wit was only matched by his timing and delivery
.
frys ancestor fact was so silly
@@JDFuckinB 30 generations give or take and we are all descendants/related to one man? that is laughable:) we may be descendants from the people being alive back then.. but not from one man
The man the legend. I wish he had done more of QI than the channel four stuff(also amazing ,don’t get me wrong)
Interesting fact. Sean was buried with the koala reinserted on his finger. Reunited for eternity.
What a fucking ledge

There are fewer ancestors needed than the 2-4-8-16... for every individual person:
Siblings: they have the same tree of ancestors.
Part 3?? :)
So how CAN you have that many ancestors? I don't get it either
I think the point is, nobody can have that many ancestors and therefore the further you go back in history in a particular region, the more overlapped our ancestry becomes with those around us. It's hard to word well lol.
Yeah, I think that was a mistake on Stephen's part. It's literally impossible for there to have been more ancestors than human beings.

@Vanha mies yes. So I'm related to you some how. 😊
I just dont want to be alive anymore!!
Scrotumologist ahahahahaha
The mad lad fingered a koala’s arse on camera. I’ll miss him
Its that he was just so casually telling everyone
Where's the deli farmer?
The name Rudolph is a males name, so it's clear that it was a eunuch.
We are all descendants of Gilgamesh.
Wouldn’t that math mean we are all related to everyone who lived in the 800’s and prior?
Pretty much, we'd all be related in some way or another to everyone alive today. So we all incest people at the moment lmao!
@@suficer7827every animal is the product of incest since we all evolved from the same multicelled bacterias
No. There are fewer ancestors needed than the 2-4-8-16... for every individual person:

Sean Locke is not related to Charlemagne only because his family has only wedded brother and sister going back 600 generations
