As a girl myself, I can confirm that 1,5 and 6 and fully true. I used to laugh at everything so people wouldn’t know the inside of me when in reality I was dying inside because I had no friends I didn’t want people to see me like this so I pretended to be happy in my life. But one day I met my best friend who helped me get through these times. I also told my parents about this video and they watched it now they understand me better. So know that if your a girl that’s struggling at home/school/work know that your not alone, somewhere along your lifeline you will find a friend who can stand up for you when your too weak to do it for yourself

no but really i slept very long and very much when i had depression i’m finally happy and dont have depression anymore all bcz of my lovely mother

i cried a lot and i still do if i’m sad when i was younger u didnt cry a lot only if i physically hurt my self
i did that bcz i thought that this meant strong and people wouldn’t judge me over it. Now i cry when something physically and mentally hurts me and i tell that person who hurt me that its not okay to do something like that and that they should treat others better( if it’s not a person but a thing that hurts me i tell someone about it how it feels)
I do most of these things as a girl idk if this is supposed to relate to your personaility or not. I hope girls like us will stop feeling these things oftenly. Thanks for the advice,this could help when someone else is feeling like this!🤗😭
