The boys were upset when they found out because it was months after. Peggy's reply " l like working I've cut back it makes me happy to see people" that Irish work ethic is second to none

Her husband was hardly there and when he was he was drinking heavily and was violent towards Noel and Liam.Its credit to Peggy she managed to do the best for them and she did well as it must have been a traumatic time in those early days
He wasn’t actually violent towards Liam He was definitely violent to their Mam Peggy and Noel (not sure about Paul) but Noel got it the worst but Liam said he never got beaten by his father and that he just was exposed to everyone else getting beaten
This may sound counter intuitive, however after watching this you can understand why Noel says it would be wrong to get oasis back together. I'm not saying the brothers shouldn't work together again. Just not as oasis.
