Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee:(48-60T)120-150 mesh number;65-75 degree squeegee.
2.Catalyst:Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 mixing ratio 10% for XG-360Z-3X;mixing ratio 2% for other silicone.
3.Silicone thinner XG-128AH mixing ratio 0-20%.
4.After printing,bake 4-5 times at 120 degree.
Process:
Step1:Crossing linker under print 1 layer.
Crossing linker XG-360Z-3X 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 5G
Step2:Soft silicone print 4 layers.
Soft silicone XG-866NYR+ 100G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G
Step3:Color silicone print 3 layers.
Color silicone XG-Serise 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 5G
Step4:Glossy silicone top print 2 layers.
Glossy silicone XG-399-6W 50G
Fast dry ctalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 5G
Step5:After printing,bake 4-5 times at 120 degree.
