I have a question. It has to be within 30 days? Is it better to wait until those 30 days in case it goes down more or better to get it when you see it? Also, if it drops again, can you request another price adjustment on the same item you’ve already gotten an adjustment for? Thank you.

I check it daily and I’ve gotta a second and even a third price adjustment on the same item. If u wait til past the thirty days then the price adjustment button won’t pop up cause it will be past the 30 days. Hope it makes sense

It's best to check daily, as prices can go up as well as down. For example I bought a jacket for £25. It went down to 17, so I got a price adjustment of 8. 2 days later it went down to 12 and I was refunded another 5. However now its back up to 14. So they often have flash sales lasting 1 day, so if you've bought something and a few days later that item has a flash sale you can get refunded...if you wait 30 days you might miss a reduction.

Up to 30 days from the time u placed the order. I check for price adjustments daily so if u ordered today July 28 then u can get a price adjustment up to and including august 28

Hi, it seems to only give me the option to refund through the same payment method. Do you have to make the purchase with Temu credit balance in order to receive it through credit, or how does it work? Thanks!

I use Apple Pay for my payment but I always put it back into my Temu balance when I get a refund

Yes u still get the item that u price adjusted. The reason for price adjustment is that the item is on sale for cheaper so they giving u back the difference if ur t-shirt was $15 and then after purchase the price drops to $12 then they put three dollars back in ur credit balance for a future purchase
