Quantum Flows - 8K HDR

I was recently presented with the unique and first opportunity to work with Quantum Dots from Nanosys in a rather different way.
Nanosys Quantum Dot technology is typically used to produce high quality, vibrant images on QLED televisions. For the abstract short film “Quantum Flows” we used these tiny nanocrystals in a rather different way, mixing them into various materials like fluids, pastes, and oils. With the help of motion control robots and controlled UV lighting, while capturing in Rec.2020 at 8K resolution, we've created a piece focused on vivid and pure HDR color as well as subtle detail.
Best watched in full screen on a 4K HDR or 8K HDR display with rec.2020 color gamut. Turn up the bass :)

This job is absolutely beautiful! Not only is the HDR version perfect, but the SDR version too! How do you do ? Even with the right metadata and a custom LUT, whether in PQ or HLG, youtube encodes an SDR version too dark for me. When uploading, the first day the LUT for the SDR version is active and everything is perfect and later UA-cam creates another SDR version darker. Please, do you have any advice to give us? Have a good day.

Wow... absolutely incredible... especially from 3:10, that really shows what a display is capable of, in terms of colors, at least, both my Q90T (2020 Samsung TV) and S10+ look amazing... quantum dots for the win lol (talking about TVs)
