Thought he'd agreed a plea deal to financial crimes not intimidation/bullying/harassment type offenses? If so shouldn't it be the official representatives of the bodies who lost the money who get to give victim impact testimony?
Indiana has done a good job with this errant soul. It begs the question, who else, outside his family, IN law enforcement, is involved?! The size of this embezzlement clearly was not “hidden”.
