They litterally have skills that can't be rivaled. They have mastery over their bodies, you can't compete until you literally get to their level. To them its not just doing the moves and remembering the cool combos its their bodies reacting to the music, you can litterally see music flow through them ahhhhghg so cool. First and foremost, I just want to say that Les Twins also do all the annoying things shown in this video!! At the end of the video I clarify that this is all a critical part of hip hop dance. I just found some of the taunting a little over the top. Remember, I'm NEVER disrespecting other hip hop dancers. Just because I'm a big Les Twins fan doesn't mean I think all other dancers are wack or annoying. Every "controversial" video I make is never coming from a negative place, it's just content!

That’s a motion for “biting”. Basically when a dancer copies the other dancers moves, the other dancer will call him out with that “biting” motion to say to the judges and to the other dancer that “he just copied my move”.

You're right! The Twins do it ALL the time but that doesn't mean it's not annoying. If the other dancers were doing something annoying I included it in the video regardless of whether Les Twins do that shit as well. If I were to include annoying things that Les Twins never do but only other dancers do, then this video wouldn't be possible lol. Hope that makes sense!

I know that this video is now 3, years old but it is the first time that I am watching it and fom what I have watched it seems as though a lot of men are threteatened by the way the twins dance they can't dance to there standard that is why they are so mad.

Les Twins are the best and they did introduce a new style of hip hop dancing, I’ve been watching them since I was in Middle School but they’ve been dancing wayyyyy before that. They’ve earned the right to trash talk, to call out other people because they’ve worked hard to get where they are now. Their style is unique and it’s offensive when any dancer tries to copy them or mimic them, or tell them they don’t know how to freestyle or hear the music. Like that’s how they started by freestyling, doing battles on the street since they were freaking kids, you can tell they have dancing in their blood, just by watching them, they have so much passion for it and they have so much respect from me because they inspired me to start dancing and influenced me as a dancer.
Every last dude dancer they battled was annoying and also trash lol that's why yall mad cause you cant beat them 😂😂
Les twins are amazing dancers and all, but they do lose when they go into hiphop battles, they do get pass preliminary and make it into the battles and do well maybe they won a few but hiphop dancing i feel is the hardest dance to win at cause not all laurent moves would fall into the hiphop category. That why in all styles they kill cause you can just do what ever you want too.
I see what you mean... but a most of the new generation of hip hop dancers dance with "the new style". Also, I feel like the judges, who are most often old school hip hop dancers, need to understand that hip hop dance has evolved from what it used to be. They need to come up with better and more updated guidelines of what is hip hop dance and what isn't.

Battle mentality: Work the crowd, work the music, do what ur opponent isnt, and work differently. As much as I wanna see les twins lose, they know how to battle and they body it. They listen, learn, watch, and improvise battle strategy. Sure they have their go to moves (like every dancer) but they they know how to keep it together and collected.
Every competitor in everything and everywhere they’ll be annoying regardless their level of skill. But those dancers were doing basic break dancing moves or just jumping and trying to hit beats. I love Les Twins alot and I just see this video and know they’re the best out there.
Pushing and jumping on other dancers does not make you tough. It makes you like a bully.
