I have been listening to big bands for 60 years and there are great musicians but to really swing you need great charts. Someone else indicated that the charts were by Ed Partyka. I got to say they were great. I notice the 'fills' and it allowed the best of that band to be heard. Every chart was a pleasure and I heard them several times. The whole band was powerful and this was a great pleasure. Thanks Ed Partyka.
