Wow 🤩 So glad this came up on my feed. Amazing set! My dad still has one of the early SL-1200’s, which I believe he bought in the 70’s. I bought my own pair in 2000 💕 They certainly have withstood the test of time! Here’s to another 50 years 🎧 ❤️

Totaler Respekt und große Glückwünsche an Ellen Allien, ich höre ihre Musik seit 2000 und von ihren Alben bis zu ihren DJ-Mixes und Remixen habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Bpitch control hat die Underground-Techno-Branche revolutioniert. Andererseits ist der Typ neben ihr, der cool sein will, nicht so cool. Er war schlau und arrogant zu mir und ging dann sogar so weit, mir die RSO-Türsteher auf den Rücken zu hängen, nur weil ihnen mein Gesicht nicht gefiel. Offensichtlich ein toller Mann...... I couldn’t agree more. Get on all of her recent sets and her whole back catalogue maaann.. Her sets are rhythmic pounders filled with old school and cutting edge tunes. Her style of mixing is what truly sells it for me - wham bam, play it again. She doesn’t stop. Slightly out of time, pitched up or down, juggling bass and top cuts like it’s a hip hop set - she pulls it all off perfectly. Track selection premium!
The long years of experience speak for themselves! When you listen to a vinyl-only mix, you pretty much have a pre-guarantee that the music is gonna be cool! 💪
