@UncleDemi I agree... you see how that guy was just mashing.. if he had any midrange you couldn't guard him... even if you would've had take... if he had any skill that would've been way, way different
Defense is op... but not that much.. I play rec all the time.. when we catch that 50 prem defense... or that no interior defense we send our 94 dunk right at it.. without anchor.. you can't contest that dunk.. and with prem defense.. you can't stay in front to catch that contest on the 90 three ball and 90 ball handle

When it comes to Anchor, it’s all about timing. Yes, Anchor is very important as a Big Man but if you go up to contest when they they go up for a layup or dunk, you should be able to at least contest them enough to make them miss if you can’t get the block. However, I typically go at least Silver Anchor on my Big Man builds. It’s all about preference and what you’re able to do with the badges you got.

Appreciate the creativity but I’d never sacrifice interior defense on a big, i’d quit if I found out this build was my big. No big should go below 82 interior
