On a certain point raised by shradha "you are not a victim of life sciences", i really loved what you said pandeyji, "if i complain i dont want to waste time, i want to utilize it", rightly said as a quote always told "Leave behind the compalints and be a creator", and you have done and shown it bhai, loved what you said. You are just amazing and i have seen the real you where you were dreaming on certain subjects and i am getting to see them in reality.

This episode was so good, I came to know about Manish ji first time and somehow I felt very connected when he told he is "unofficial representative of 90% of unprivileged people in India" loved the whole episode and one more thing I liked a lot is like convert your pain into strength, this happened to me in 2013 when diabetes hit me at the age of 33 and I reversed diabetes and started helping people reverse diabetes and could create some impact. That's when I realized the power of the Internet. So we all have the power to create impact, but as a Marketer who is also building a budding community of Marketers, I believe most of the Influencers are depending on one platform. I believe good creators should try to be on multiple platforms and also should have an Email list where the control is higher. I also have been a great Fan of Shraddha Sharma's work, you are a great inspiration. thanks for doing this episode.

Lessons for Beginner creators given by Manish Panday with Shradha Sharma (Your Story) 1. First see how is your persona (Your interests / your likes/dislikes/things that attract you). Your type of content will depend on your persona 2. Then you decide your frequency of uploading content (Daily/weekly/alternate days, etc). Eg, if you decide to post weekly, then it's 12 posts in a month. So, before posting your 1st content, make a backup for 2 months at least (i.e. 24 posts/videos) 3. If you are coming into the game of content creation, you have to accept that it will take close to 2 years to crack this game, so must have patience for that. Patience means to continue doing the stuff without focussing on the result and keep on doing stuff in spite of setbacks. Just like you keep on watering the plant daily having a patience that it will eventually grow into a big tree one day. You only lose patience when you want to achieve some hypothetical result in an unreasonable amount of time, with gaining knowledge, pr without action or with without being consistent with both. 4. Don't go into the comparison game. You only have control over your efforts. Compare only with your previous self by making yourself better than you were yesterday. 5. Since this platform is agnostic (means uncertain), you have to study trends, study the youtube platform and see what are the best practices being followed. Try to understand the data/analytics. 6. Every platform has a section for Comments and replies. This section serves as a university for you. Carefully listen to people in your comments, they give you valuable suggestions and feedback. 7. You must continuously keep doing the hard work. Monetization only happens after 10,000 subs. , but don't run after petty (Chillar) money. Significant money comes only after 100,000 (100k) subs. After having 100,000 subs a brand integration will start giving you Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 per video. Like if you are doing brand integration with even 4 videos. then you have earned 1 lakh easily. 8. Invest your time in improving your Skills and gaining knowledge about your craft and you will be Successful. Golden Nugget - If you have posted content consistently for 700 days and you are still not getting successful, then contact Manish and he will make it a personal mission to help you succeed. Beginners need to have the courage to start and continuously do the hard work, Don't start with perfection in mind, start with a zeal to learn and keep on improving by practicing.

I have contacted manish sir for some guidance but wasn't able to get some response from his side, its not because he's a big person or arrogant person. Its because I was a procrastinator and he thought investing time in me was waste of time! And i agree on that! totally! I take him as a criticizer for me as well as my guru also my motivator!
