When the speaker asks you to withdraw a comment it's as simple as just saying you withdraw and move on but Pierre decided to disrespect the speaker and the House of Commons tradition and was thrown out. He was given 4 opportunities to just say he withdraws and things could have moved along but he decided to double down.
