  • Necessary materials

    For the dough
    1 tea glass of warm water
    1 tea glass of warm milk
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 teaspoon of sugar
    1 teaspoon of yeast
    2.5 cups of flour

    For internal mortar
    1 onion
    100 g minced meat
    2 potatoes
    One teaspoon of salt, red pepper, black pepper

    to spread
    50 g butter
    1 teacup of oil

    Preparation of
    1- First of all, add oil to the pan and fry the onion and minced meat well. After frying, add the potatoes and spices, fry for 2 minutes, remove from the stove and let it cool.
    2- Add all the ingredients except flour in the kneading bowl and mix them. Add the flour in a controlled manner. After kneading, divide the dough into five pieces and let the pieces rest for 15 minutes.
    3- After listening, roll out the meringues using a rolling pin, spread the butter mixture on them, cut them into triangles and wrap the pieces as you see in the video.
    4- Place it on a baking tray and fill it with the stuffing we have prepared. Brush the edges with egg yolk and add grated cheddar cheese on top.
    5- Leave it to bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 to 30 minutes.
