- The Washington State Department of Transportation says Bigfoot was spotted on Sherman Pass and on the I-90 wildlife overcrossing near Snoqualmie Pass. Do you believe? It turns out, too, that Sasquatch isn't the first bizarre thing caught on camera at Sherman Pass.
Looking at the arms ratio and a non 90 degree knee while walking, ill say its very human.
The stride doesn't match up with a bigfoot stride. It's not wide enough.

I would say that the almost purposeful turn to look at the camera would indicate a person trying to pull off a hoax.Gait is very human-like as well.Also size ratio.Nothing here at all says to me that this is a Bigfoot/Sasquatch.

@@bonnieyuse5876 not necessarily. (If real) they would not be part human but would be a hominid. Making them more like us in terms of being bipedal. But that doesn’t make it part human. If real, then the it would at a missing addition to our evolutionary chain. At a certain point in evolution, we branched off onto our own species. Meaning apes/monkeys, humans, and bigfoot all each represent they’re own species. To clarify what I mean. We are related to apes and primates. But we are not them. Monkeys and primates will never be human. They will evolve into their own advanced species, which they may never reach our capabilities of knowledge. That also applies to Bigfoot. We all have our own branch on the same tree. To actually label something as “part” something then it would have to be a hybrid.
Meaning like if a human mated with a bigfoot and one gave birth then that offspring would be part bigfoot part human. But that is not possible to do as far as I know. It’s kinda like if you have a mixed dog. 2 separate breeds made that dog. So if their are different breeds of bigfoot then their could be part species of them. Like us but with our ethnicity’s and skin color. We are all human but we are sculpted differently based on biology. So if a black person has a child with a white person. Their child is part black part white. I hope that makes sense 👍🏼

this is a perfect example of why the patterson gimlin film is so good. there are so many things that make this video clearly that of a human. vast majority of bigfoot vids are so easily debunked and yet "patty" has stood the test of time and scrutiny...

Must suck to have to try and siphon through and depict on your own what's real or fake just based off what somebody has said or done. But actually the Patterson film has been proven real and legit. Idk if your talking about that video or this one but there s been many who've tried to debunk patty and completely failed. Get your facts straight, if that's the case.

I can look at it and put it into color and even if the person in the video was colored pink, you can still tell its a person walking, use your imagination and fill in the colors, not hard, unless you were one of those kids who colored the trees blue the mountains red, but guess what we'd still be able to tell it was a mountain, trees and a person lol

@elbowbiter1 sasquatch have longer arms than that, when they lift their foot off the ground when walking the shin becomes almost parallel to the ground, but because their femurs are longer in proportion to their shins compared to people, it doesn't look forced. the human leg is built for endurance and cross country running, with long tendons and muscles & bones evolved primarily to absorb landing forces when running, the sasquatch leg has shorter tendons, and is built for explosive strength. this is why they have no foot arch. when a person attempts to walk like this it looks extremely forced. their feet also face completely behind them in a near 90 degree angle with the ground when at their highest point during walking. in my opinion this is a person.

There seems to be several reasons why this is a Bigfoot to me: 1) His feet are so big, that they have to support a lot of weight. 2) He doesn't have a back pack, so he can't be a hiker or game warden. 3) He doesn't have a rifle, so he can't be a hunter , plus he's not wearing a hat. 4) His chest area is super girthy. 5) His foot stride is like a classic Bigfoot one, to where it's almost one foot in front of the other. 6) He's got that weird conical shaped head...almost as if someone gave him a bad haircut.
Need to get someone over to that exact area and have them climb that slope and see how long it takes a human to climb that slope. In various speeds of climbing, walking, jogging and then running. Should give an idea of who it was.

I go back and forth over I 90 often, watched this wildlife bridge get built and the high strong fencing that goes for miles to keep elk and other wildlife from crossing the roadway. There is no parking along there. The hoaxer had to go to a lot of trouble to do this- maybe have friends drop him off and boost him over the fence.
The snow is high. He probably didn't have to be boosted. And it's probably not a hoax, just some guy who wanted to walk through there and enjoy the solitude.

1. There are no experts in this field. 2. If you opine stating it is fake, then go out there, walk the same path and record. View size difference. 3. For those claiming gate is incorrect, i want to point out a few things. First, the sole of the feet are being lifted to almost vertical in some steps. When modern humans walk we do not lift our feet so high so the sole are vertical to the ground. Even the Patterson Gimlin film shows this. So, if you want to experiment try lifting your feet to vertical on the back swing and step. This is inconclusive to determine real or fake unless a reproduction, size and measurements are done

If you notice the way he/she turns their head, this is consistent with the anatomy that Grover Krantz puts forward in his books on Gigantopithecus Blakii. The chin sits lower than shoulder unlike in humans, so a big foot cannot turn their head without turning their shoulders. That is exactly what you see at about 14 seconds in. Either a sophisticated hoaxer or this is an authentic video of big foot. I lean toward the latter.
Seems like it would be pretty easy to go over to that location and check if there are shoe or footprints.
Would be very difficult to get to. It's a wildlife bridge over I-90 with thick steep forest on both sides and fencing along the freeway in the woods which forces the elk and deer to use the bridge. In other words, it would be hard to get to for a hoaxer. If I were going to run a hoax on a webcam, this location wouldn't even be on my list of possibilities.

Do note that this view is from a still webcam and doesn't have a dedicated cameraman that we're aware of. This seems very big and has the characteristic gate evidenced in the Patty film. The one thing to note is how the body ratios in this and other alleged Sasquatch recordings seem to have atypical non-human ratios. Shorter legs, longer arms, and a lower knee cap and a much shorter tibia. Wish we had some daylight comparisons to get an estimation on the size of some of the objects that surround it. The only other night imagery I have seen from this angle is of a coyote and it looks tiny from this angle relative to this subject.

The motion of the arms and way the figure is walking doesn't seem to resemble what others have noted of previous sightings with Sasquatch's movements.
Okay I'll play along. It does look very big across the shoulders when it faces away, and if it's a person they know enough to lift that trailing leg up to get the foot close to vertical which people never do when they walk. But if they are faking it, that angle is going to change often because you can't fake that accurately over and over. If the angle stays the same that would lend some support. If the video can be blown up and maintain enough quality you could do joint ratio measurements to make sure the proportions are human or not at the knees, elbows, shoulders and waist.

That's funny because before I read the headline I thought it looked liked an employee wearing a reflective vest walking up the ridge. Probably to inspect the avalanche control they do all the time before setting of their concussion shells they use to start small avalanches.
The date and time are almost an hour and a half before sunset and 2 hours before last light. This picture should be lit as hell. I think it's been tampered with.

This is clearly a human being given the smaller strides, shorter human length arms and body dimensions. Additionally, the turn to look back at the camera appears staged to simulate the historical 1967 film shot in N. CA. No big foot shown here.

Looks like a dude in a snow suit, and boots. One of the details that is mentioned in witness testimony's that is very common, is the length of the arms. That the arms are longer then ours, and hang down near the knees, whereas ours is typically around our hip/upper thigh area. I think this is just a dude walkin.

There’s a date & time on the video, in the bottom left hand corner. Can anyone read it? It looks August 29th, 2019, time 18:30. I’m wondering if the 61.5 is the milepost #. If that date & time is correct, there shouldn’t be snow on the ground on Snoqualmie Pass in the summertime, and it’s still light out at 6:30pm. Just saying.

I would need to know the distance from the trees in the back ground, the hight of the tall tree closest to the center . Then I could figure out the hight. If that didn't pan out then I'd need to look at it's body motions.
Off the nose, I'd say this is human. It seems to have to dig the heels in where's a Sasquatch move forward by reversing our foot mechanics . We walk heel, midfoot and roll off the front. Bigfoot walks like ...toes and balls of foot, rolls midfoot into place , absorbs with heel being last to touch.

I don't believe sawsquatch would stop mid frame and turn around to make sure he's in the shot. But his arms were the first dead giveaway that it's a man.

I knew as soon as I saw that this is human. The portions are incorrect and the walk is incorrect as well.
I'm curious about the way the lower limbs of the legs bend at the back end of the stepping. Looks to be about 40 + ° angle at the back end of the stepping and that's much higher than what a human can do, especially at that much of walking distance. I'd like to see what ThinkerThunker comes up with on analyzing this video.

@@surfk9836 My husband had an encounter with one of these creatures in 1979 in Randle, Wa. It was terrifying for him. A lot of people who have encounters end up with PTSD. People are stupid to try to see one. It changes everything you thought you knew.
@@THXx1138 I seen one this last summer and I wasn't scared, it didn't threaten me. It actually walked away from me. The biggest and hardest thing to deal with and I can say from my own personal experience. For me atleast was trying to understand and accept what i seen. It really was a big mental hurdle just to get my head fully wrapped around the fact of what I seen that night, which I still dont understand but I've accepted it and know that I'm never going out in any woods at night alone again, especially now knowing what's out there. I wasn't out there alone that night but I pushed ahead of the group I was with by like 50ft or so then saw it. Craziest experience of my life forsure. I just think they're like a conscious being that's never left the woods and in different areas. They react differently to people. It all depends but I can tell you this, it's definitely on their terms. So a bad experience with one is shitty but it definitely can and does happen. And will continue to happen but so will good experiences too. I've actually been seeking these beings by where im at for over 2 years and wasn't expecting to see one but I did and it wasn't bad. Again all just depends, they're different everywhere you go just like people.

Look at footage of animals using the overpass posted by WA DOT. All the ones captured at night are glowing with infrared heat. This thing is not glowing due to not emitting heat...because it's a suit. I so wish it were otherwise.

I've heard that sasquatch, makes 6' srides in between his strides. I don't see that in this video. Sorry, I don't think this is a sasquatch.

What kind of lens was being used? Because on August 29th the sun in Seatle sets @ 8 pm. the time on recording is 18;30 or 6;30 pm. 1 hour and 30 mins. left of daylight. Although it was heavily overcast that day and possibly raining @ 6-9 pm. That would explain the bulky look because of a rain parka being worn. Still the video looks like it was taken at night. Or some kind of thermal camera. I think the camera switches as the light changes. so maybe it was dark enough to switch.

The clip is very interesting to say the least. We shouldn't be so quick to brush this one off as a hoax. Trail cameras provide an excellent method to pick up wildlife and other things you wouldn't normally expect to see in the wild.
