@@Zawkk_YT BTW I have a question - I am playing as India and majority of my cities have been occupied by New Zealand who is first in the game. Should I mobilise new main battle tanks/recons as I have a negative resource production in electronics and components?

@@ItzChickenYallI just started, lets say i just pick Cuba and pump everything into navy, is that smart? Seems kinda good if ur on a island and just pump all in navy and subs
@@delanofernandes6471it is smart, as your huge threats aren’t worried about navy till middle of the game. Once you have a navy, you can seal off your waters
I’ve had very good luck with the airborne infantry when you’re attacking areas like Southeast Asia. A lot of provinces packed in tightly and a lot of slow-moving terrain (mountains and rainforest). Airborne inf can hop around and quickly snatch up provinces and don’t get hit by most AA/SAM/theater defense as they can’t hit helicopters.
If you’re attacking areas with large provinces, definitely not worth it as you’ll have to maintain a lot more air bases/strips for them to have the same effect.
Only units I research are motorized infantry, tank destroyers, asf, mobile anti-air, radar, frigates and cruise missiles. It's all you need if you play smart.
@@aliartk6247 They're reasonable against ships, and if you max them out they have full 100 range and the ability to reveal stealth aircraft. They can also detect max-level fighters as well as helicopters with their radar (both of which the mobile radar lacks in, so should be helpful). If you have the time and resources it's worth investing in destroyers, but you shouldn't really need them if you use the hit and run tactic for your frigates.
@@immortal-iz5wh yeah i know the hit and run tactic but frigates are only 4 in max speed , also can cruisers hit choppers if they mixed with max level frigates?
@@aliartk6247 Huh, that's a point actually, I didn't notice that the frigates were so slow compared to other ships. I guess mainly frigates, and once you've got the resources, begin with destroyers? Personally, I just find cruisers too expensive and time-consuming to be worth my resources.
OK, I've done some calculations, and these are my results: Destroyers: For every 1 hp a destroyer has, it costs 60 components, 21 manpower, 23 electronics, and $70. For every point of damage a destroyer does to enemy ships when at max health, it costs 250 components, 87.5 manpower, 95.8 electronics, and $291.7. Cruisers: For every hp a cruiser has, it costs 60 components, 18 manpower, 22.7 electronics, and $53.3. For every point of damage a cruiser does to enemy ships when at max health, it costs 225 components, 67.5 manpower, 85 electronics, and $200. And this isn't even including the fact that cruisers do better against aircraft and land targets. Overall, my opinion has shifted to "make frigates only and maybe destroyers", to "focus on frigates to begin with, and, later on, begin getting some cruisers". Whilst I'd certainly keep frigates around in the late game because of their stealth-revealing capabilities, I'd now couple them with cruisers, probably only put one or two frigates and the rest of them cruisers.
Latest to research does not mean best to get. Eastern doctrine can research MBT's day 1 and yet, are faster and deal more damage than Abrams tanks (also 6 less health). Everything is a trade off. The different artillaries and AA's each have their trade ofs. It depends on what you are fighting to make the decision on what to mobilize. One example is the ballistic submarine, which requires a strong navy before it can be made.
my coalition had to fight another coalition early-game and by day 8, all 3 of them had multiple ASF stacks, 5 elite attack helis, 3 frigates, and too much motorized infantry..
Sorry to say this, but you have a large room to improve to become an advanced player. MBT and ASW are two of the most useless units in this game. Upgrading infantry is also a waste of resource, because at late game, a good player would never use any kind of infantry for fighting, only for occupying land. As for supports, almost all advanced players have the SAM+MRL+Radar combo. Furthermore, you are simultaneous at war with too many countries--not smart.
@@Jonnacad You are so right. I didn't even watch 3 minutes of the video and already I didn't know what he was saying about the doctorines. Btw Early game, strikers and ngs. Best combo. And navy. The best units to build are the helicopters - Gunships and Attack helicopters - with 10 each you will destroy Any land army , just be prepared to protect your helicopters against Enemy airforce and AA
Early game you need corvettes to protect your transport ships and potentislly sunk the ones of players without a navy. Then after a few days when you have enough resources you can choose: you can spam destroyers and you will have a solid navy or you could opt for mixed units to have a more efficient navy at a higher cost. If you choose to have a mixed navy I suggest to have either 2 corvettes 2 destroyers and a cruiser or 2 corvettes and 3 cruisers (the second option costs more)
@@melih1429 idk man, I have made just 5 games of conflict of nations so far so I'm not a big expert. I suppose that it boils down to how you want to invest your resources. Normal air superiority fighters and ground attack fighters do little damage to ships but naval fighters (especially ground attack) and aws helicopters do decent damage to them. Overall I think that in the early to mid game you should stick to ships for naval warfare and if a anval battle happens near an airbase of yours you can use planes to maximize your damage (but you sholdn't rely just on them). In the late game, when you can afford an aircraft carrier you could research naval fighters or aws helicopters but I don't really know if it's worth the cost as they are easily countered by enemies having frigates in their fleets (and in late games they likely do) and because igf you have arrived tro the late game and have enough resources to afford an aircraft carrier you likely also have ships to the maximum level and probably is vetter to just produce more of them
@@melih1429no bro. most of the time players with a navy will produce frigates. to fight a navy, the best way is to have your own navy. produce a huge navy. cruisers are best to beat other naval units and you want to have a frigate in one stack to prevent air attacks. it depends. if there's submarines around, then you need destroyers to protect your navy or your own submarines.

More or less all vehicles has same dmg, maybe it can be a bit more or a bit less, but not more than 1.0 dmg i guess, so Abrams or T80 is the same, bmpt2 terminator and stryker would probably be the same, tank destroyer is better against armored only till the last upgraded(no included) when u have them fully upgraded against armored its the same, but against infantery its so weak, and also for example T14 last level has 55 hp, Bmpt2 Terminator has 35hp so actually doubt thats worth for a late game, its true that bonuses can make a dif, cuz T-14 except last form for a city has a -25% defending or attacking, and Bmpt2 Terminator has +25% attacking and +50% defending, but well i guess depending the terrain can make some big dif, but if we dont count the terrain tank always win against tank destroyer, even the first T80 is 45 hp against 2S25 has 25, 20 hp for only 2 flat dmg ill need 3 hits of a T80 to destroy 1 tank destroyer and need 5 hits to kill the T80 with the tank destroyer.
