Unfortunately I cannot afford to buy the remake at the moment so I watched an entire playthrough. Having played the original game extensively, this brought alot of memories. Hope all of you enjoyed/are enjoying the game. When this came out back in 2005 it was considered a revolutionary game. Leon is one of the greatest video game characters of all time.

Hey. I never played RE4, the original. I was a poor kid growing up, so for a long time, I never even had a console. Nowadays, I'm a bit better money-related, and I just finished RE4R, and...it was everything I have ever wanted in a game and more. You're gonna get there brother. Don't ever stop. Don't let the world weigh you down. Go it hard.
This game is fantastic and a love letter to all of us that played that game over and over and over again for the last 20 years. Video games have become a real different beast this last decade, but when devs take care to do something like this, it means a lot. Also, this song is 🔥🔥🔥 and made an already epic ending that much better
The final part of this game made my eyes water, it brought me so many memories of those afternoons back in 2005 playing this game with one friend of I. Life goes on so quick that we don't realize how fast we get old. I spent 70 dollars buying this remake on Steam and it was worth every cent, this is a real masterpiece, maybe the best game I've ever played. My respect for Capcom.
It might take people a few years to lose their nostalgia goggles but as someone who played RE4 OG I think this remake absolutely fixed every problem I’ve had with the original The odd pacing is gone, the repetition is diminished and everything else is of a similar level of quality with new stuff to boot Great game
This song is beautifully well done and I have had it on repeat the past couple days ever since I finished the game. This remake was truly something special and kept me glued to the screen for the majority of it, I had this sense of nostalgia and excitement for this game and Capcom delivered it on all fronts! I cannot wait to play this game again and I hope this song pops up on Spotify soon! Update to this comment: I also realize that I will never to get to experience RE4 for the first time again and it feels sad but bittersweet, I am happy for the new people who get to experience this masterpiece and to that I say "We welcome you in new Resident Evil fans!"
I played it for the first time over the past couple weeks. I've always said the original Bioshock is my favorite game of all time, but it's starting to slip. I was not prepared for the majesty that is this game. This song just solidified it as number one or two for me all time. What a fucking experience.

@@andimari9194 u started with the peak game of the franchise and possibly best resident evil game, now everything will fell less good but dont worry re is still fantastic franchise, i rly recommend u re2 remake next, its more survival horror and its with leon as a more inexperienced cop, it will make his re4 character even more better.
@@Amar-ux7gi that’s what I was worried about, that I started w the absolute best game😂but yeah I’ll definitely try re2 when it goes on sale
Just when I thought Resident Evil 4 couldn't be improved upon the original game, Capcom exceeded my expectations. This track was icing on a very tasty cake. Bravo!
You know when you beat a game that just consumed you with how good and fun it was, and then the credits has an awesome song that just completes that feeling and makes you feel good?
This is that.
Just Finished the game yesterday, and man, this song is so good!
RE 4 was always my favorite from the series, but this remake is a truly masterpiece!
Same I wasn't expecting such a good song at the end credits. Great game. I beat the original about 50 times
i love it so much when a game adds their own song at the end. like when the lyrics match the story and you're just imagining all the stuff that'd happened. i was hoping they'd bring it back like in re2 remake.
ive legit listened to this like 10 times. i cant get enough of it
I cried when I beat the game thinking back on how far this franchise has come all the years that past by so quickly being 11 years playing the first one and now being 35 I’m thankful for resident evil being there and giving me something to look forward to in this life
You're not the only one. The remake is faithful to the original and improves it.
I loved both the original and the remake so much. these days great games are so rare to be released. Thank You Capcom!
Same to me this is the first time one doesn’t outshine the other but are both equally awesome.
Thanks my first instance with resident evil 4 I was 8 and my baby sitter was playing it on his ps2 when I was over and seeing some cool blonde dude in a mafia suit tommy gunning cultists in a castle and suplexing them done something to my brain and I had to get it I bugged my mom to get it and being poor brand new games for me were 20 dollars at the the time it was like 40 dollars my baby sitter knew that and so he gave it to me with a gameshark disc that mods save files he was a cool dude miss you David hopefully life's going great for you
You'll get that game dude once you got it you'll love the remake it's so good than the original one even know I didn't play the original but danm that's a amazing game I play it wasn't easy but it's awesome
thanks men,and believe Its really and awesome game in all meanings and in all things,I cried at the end with this song playing it feels so great to see that a lot of people share the same feeling as I do for something I really like its just...just incredible
Go it hard.
Thanks for the nice comments :)
My respect for Capcom.
i bought a ps5 just to play it
It might take people a few years to lose their nostalgia goggles but as someone who played RE4 OG I think this remake absolutely fixed every problem I’ve had with the original
The odd pacing is gone, the repetition is diminished and everything else is of a similar level of quality with new stuff to boot
Great game
Thank you Leon for your perseverance, a song that deserves an award
Love this guys voice! I cried both times I finished the game LOL. The singer and song writer are both Canadian. Makes me proud!!! (Also: Krauser, Ashley, Wesker, Hunnigan, The Merchant, Mike and Ada were all voiced by Canadians! :D)
It's such an amazing game. Probably the best game I've played in the last 10 years
Would Leon like Tim Hortons? He should try the timbits.
I’m gonna miss a Resident Evil as good as The 4 😢
X2, exactamente 👌
This is has to be the best resident evil game I ever played even know the chapters wasn't easy but it so awesome so this why people loves leon cause he is the best character
23-07-2023. I finish this masterpiece in the middle a heavy rain at my home. When this song played in credit i just falling love ❤
Resident Evil 4 Leon Forever
This song basically describes my life - how I'm trying to look ahead & not looking back because I know everything's gonna be fine. Whoever reads this, don't look back & keep your eyes on the road ahead ❤
Damn. This song just took me back there... Cold night. Vacations. 16 years old. Life feels fast when you look back...
PERFECT SONG for the credits of a PERFECT GAME
This song goes way too hard I love it too much
Soon as the credits rolled and I heard this beautiful track, first thing I thought of was "Kiss From a Rose" by Seal. Which is obviously a good thing. To me, Resident Evil 4 Remake is perfect. Just finished it for the first time earlier this week. Gave me all the same feels that the original did way back in 2005.
Thanks Capcom! 🤘☄️❤️
I remember getting teary when I heard this when I first beat the game and I wasn't expecting it. It hit hard when I remember according to RE6, Leon struggled with suicide and had difficulty overcoming all the trauma.
He's my favorite RE character
Game of the year 2023 candidate for sure.
"Keep your eyes on the road ahead. Never look back."
It means Capcom is making Resident Evil a perfect balance of action and horror. In addition, they are going to remake all RE games.
I kinda figured when this slammer of a game came out
Bring it on!
I'm really curious how they'll do RE6 if that's the case.
@@Bloodhurl67 Problem with Re 6 is level design and pacing.
I think this game nails the action focus, by doing that but also teaching you to be smart with what you have
Que emoção...."keep your eyes on the road ahead"...Meu Deus, um pai de duas meninas com 37 anos, a chorar, pois, joguei 300x este jogo, e é um dos jogos da minha vida! Obrigado capcom, por me fazeres sentir criança outra vez!! ❤️😭
Welcome back home brother

Falou tudo.
Just finished the game, and it was perfect 🥰
It's amazing how the RE4Remake and Original RE4 are so different but yet still so much the same. I love it!!
Finally finished RE4remake and man, I thought the original was my favorite. This one took the cake and the whole crowd! Great job on this game Resident Evil team!!!
Just finished the game .. god such a wonderful/nostalgic experience. Thank you Capcom! you nailed it
A awesome game, a awesome remake. Thanks, Capcom. You finally learned how make games!
"This time it has to be different"
this song is so refreshing after beating the game. Very rewarding feeling after winning the game
this song is a masterpiece
This feels like a lost overplayed radio hit from an alternate 2005 (this is a compliment)
Early 2000s were THE DAYS, man!
Well, the game is set in 2004, so maybe?
This is like a perfectly crafted mix between Nickelback and Seal. Amazing!
I can definitely see some resemblance to seal now that you mention it... But Nickelback? Lmao I don't hear it tbh
@@samixalam_ Well 😅 maybe it's just me but their early 2000's ballads were like this, with acoustic guitars and strings
@@samixalam_ Anyone who goes "Nickelback lmao" lost all credibility. A phony opinion on music to seem cool. They're not that bad of a band. All their older stuff is great in my opinion.
@@brianmannion7097 nickel back is fire there singer was just kinda of a dick lol but good music is good music
@@brianmannion7097 They're amazing musicians and a really talented live band. That's very valuable and frequently overlooked. People just get into the memes bandwagon.
Another great remake to be remembered.
Chega a emocionar essa música no final do jogo...

I hope re5 remake gets something like this for the credits
Would rather we get RE9 and maybe CVX remake before 5 gets one
re5 is happening first broski
I hope they make Code Veronica first. Claire needs some attention already.
@@leviathan9865 seems to be that way. If RE5 remake drops first then I guess we'll get RE9 after 🙃
RE5? CVX? I’m ready for whatever Capcom throws at us.
God I love this song
Absolutely love this game, 10/10!! This song was the cherry on top. Currently uploading my own Lets Play as we speak :)
Goes straight to the playlist!
Great song to a very great remake. Kudos Capcom.
Pour one out for the goat, Luis 🍻
This game was just more than a masterpiece. Awesome story and this song slayed the ending perfectly. Waiting for the song on Spotify! Hope soon. ❤
The game was an absolute masterpiece! I had so much fun playing it, thank you capcom!
What a tune ❤
Obrigada, Capcom. Trilha sonora foda, amei ❤ Un forastero
It's actually called The Bullet Or The Blade, says so in the credits.
Months after finishing the re4 remake, sometimes I come here to listen to this song again, which is a masterpiece. Very beautiful
Didn’t expect i’ll love the remake but it was perfect and on the top of it the song was legendary 👏🏾❤️
First Final Fantasy VII, now Resident Evil 4 - sentimental buttrock closing the remakes of legendary Japanese games. I'm not complaining.
Acabei de zerar, jogo maravilhoso, CAPCOM RULES
this song is perfect. def one of m favorite songs i've heard this year. gosh, i'm so grateful Capcom gave us this amazing remake. Forever appreciating my man Leon
Thanks CapCom For This Awesome Remake
Now that Resident Evil 4 Remake is out I almost feel sorry for myself that we won't be reliving an experience like this anytime soon...Maybe RE5 Remake? Maybe.... will know. In any case, this kind of feeling and emotions after 18 years of waiting, makes me say, as Robert Louis Stevenson said, that "The important thing is not the destination, but the journey itself". The wait was crazy. When they announced this remake I was like an 8 year old kid learning that Santa Claus was coming by. Original as a Remake, this game was just great. And that music....damnit...the guys just understood the essence of the game.
This remake will stay in my heart forever masterpiece of a game !!!
Before I played REmake 4, I was saying that they should've done the Code Veronica remake, first. But after playing and beating REmake 4, a long with listening to this song....I can't see the CVmake topping this game. But I'd love to be wrong! REmake 4 was just lightning in a bottle and I loved every second, from the intro to the credits. 🎮🧟♂️🔫
