Mr Harris! to buy your first multi-family property regardless of units from 4-444 dont you always need your own personal capital to put towards that property?? Dont you also need descent credit as in 500 or above in addition??

Or retail now that major anchors like Bed Bath & Beyond have filed for bankruptcy. If you want to raise private money, stick to multifamily/apartments, self storage or mobile home parks.
