2022 Live Review 1 | AP Statistics | Making Sense of Collecting and Exploring Data

In this AP Daily: Live Review session, we will discuss strategies for success on AP Statistics Exam questions involving collecting and exploring data. We will focus on essential concepts and skills, including interpreting summary statistics and identifying outliers, determining the effect of unusual points in a scatter plot on correlation and the least-squares regression line, distinguishing sampling methods, analyzing experimental designs, and describing graphs of a quantitative variable. We will also review strategies for success on multiple-choice and free-response questions, including active reading, mastering vocabulary and notation, and meeting requirements for full credit when describing distributions of quantitative data (shape, center, variability, unusual features, and context).
