    Why don't we learn from tumors and grow completely new blood vessels inside our bodies?

    Walking and feeling very heavy the legs and tired but without any pain,or wounds,may be also peripheral artery disease?I have spider veins,and they say that when walking the blood circulates well in Venus insufficiency.
    Isnt it?

      Here's all you need: simple....but NOT easy -
      First, your doctor is NOT allowed to speak of nutrition in this or many other diseases or challenges in medicine; as money cannot be generated by having people get better.
      1) stop drinking/eating sugary foods; cake, soda, beer, wine, breads or anything that is considered "high in carbohydrates". The "Why"....will come at the end here.
      2) Drink enough water to keep your vascular system "full for blood circulation/ stay hydrated!,
      3) Start to switch over from high carbos, to high fats/proteins; "why coming".
      4) Start some basic "air squats, with air "overhead arm raises" to get blood flow moving again.
      5) Begin "intermittent fasting"....start by eating in a "window of time daily; ex) eat from only 09:00-12 noon and give up dinners for 3-6 months. People eat too much food, too often to give their' bodies a chance to recuperate.
      "Why?" Sugar/ie: carbohydrates are killing the civilized world due to "brainwashing" by the big companies in said countries. We are NOT genetically made to eat 3-5 times a day; once if lucky...
      Sugar/carbs causes the "metabolic effect", which, in itself caused YOUR PAD. Now...start to learn about what I've written and take action. Do this,....and live...don't and die young.

    Im 35 i injured my knee last year and around the injury i have numbness and then before christmas i i injured my shin and the numbness has increased and its caused coldness with both legs and now my entire body becomes cold. But i might have to wait until next year to see a neurologist or someone which is horrible because i have been wanting to see some since last year and seen 3 GPS who were ignoring me explaining my symptoms until the 4th GP finally was helpful and sent me a referal off to a Private neurologist

    Is peripheral artery diseases and arterial insufficiency the same or is arterial insufficiency subtype of PAD

    • @popitoto
      @popitoto 7 місяців тому

      You mean Venus insufficiency,not arterial,I think..In.Both cases the blood flows down,instead of immediately return to the hard.In arterial is the blood in the arteries that is not circulating well.In the Venus insufficiency the veins don't work well to push up the blood and it flows down(for some seconds!)

      Hi! Cardiovascular risk reduction plays a huge role in improving outcomes for patients. This includes working with those who smoke to help them quit. Exercise training can help as well. There are specific exercise programs for those with PAD.
