Thanks for a fun video! A point on the brethalyzer, in some countries the blood alcohol is measured in precentage divided by 10 (‰).
0.5 ‰ is the legal driving limit in many countries. Following drinking, one has to wait a long time (30 min?) before testing with these types of brethalyzers, dont know if you did that? Anyway, as you said, without comparison with a known "good" control you never know.😊

Glad you enjoyed the video! And you are absolutely correct, you really do need to wait in between consumption and testing, such as 30min. But in the end still need that “control”, a neat $10 party trick.

@@CookingWithCows @CookingWithCows Actually I never managed to enjoy thatchapter. I find the guy likeable but the research is, in my view, poor, and he goes for the easy pathos. For true crime, absolute favorite is Casefile, but it’s a podcast, not a video. I check Coffeehouse Crime, Jim can’t Swim, Dr. Grande… and tons more really.
For kitchen gadgets I like Dan Formosa in the US and Sorted Food in the UK, both hilarious and knowledgeable.
