- was able to catch up with Travis Rice at Jackson Hole down to the tram after he smashed his first sick drop into Corbet's Couloir at the 2019 King and Queen's of Corbet's

That mountain just goes on and on. Went with a group of friends a few times and the one guy that was slower never got a break. As soon as he caught up to us we'd get going again. Felt a little bad but it was kind of funny. A run from the tram, if you ski and don't just hit groomers after Rendezvous, is rather tiring.

I see..."slow zone" = "cannonball zone" but there is no one in sight so I think that it's safe to ramp up the speed a little bit.

it was a hero session 5, unfortunately it's pretty shaky. just got the hero 7 black and it is amazing. i actually bought it because i didn't want to have anymore shaky footage after making this video

tbh I think people often treat it as a "watch for slow skiers/snowboarders" sign than actually telling them to be slow.
"Slow" is a pretty relative term on the mountain. One person can be in total control at 60+ MPH, and another can be out of control at 20. As long as you're in enough control not to hit anyone, you're going slow enough.

@@ericdev2511 Well considering you are expected to be in control at all times what is the point in the distinction? Many slow zones are there due to heavy traffic and trails merging. A new skiier or rider in a slow zone can often make unexpected moves and even though you are in control at high speed you may not be able to react quickly enough. That being said that slow zone was deserted so mach it up

After that video I went and hiked to Crags twice and caught the sickest freshest untouched powder of the trip, caught the Green gondola up, and saw a bald eagle 100 yards away for a minute doing cicrles over powder trees....best memories I'll have in one day boardin'

I would pass him eassliy even though I'm a skier that is nothing I have passed him before... my current record for speed on skies is 97.6 mph according to my phone... I ski corbets and every thing... I have even gone to Michigan to mount bohmia and went down all the triple blacks and those were easy... my favorite thing I have done is went to Alaska and did heli skiing in the back country where no one has ever skied before... and the best part about it is I'm only 15 I still have a lot more places to go ski and shred up.

By the way it not fake... I live in Wyoming and have cousin's in alaska... that's how i have got to go skiing in Alaska backountry... I have been skiing ever since i was 3 and a half so I have been skiing for a little over 12 years now and have been able to do double blacks since the age of 8
